“I AM GRATEFUL FOR AN EXMPLARY SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM START TO FINISH AND CANNOT ASK FOR MORE,LOOKING AT SITUATION THE ENTIRE UK IS FACING. TELEPHONE RESPONSES WAS UNDER 10 MINS TOPS. THE DELIVERY GUYS THOUGH VERY YOUNG WERE WELL MANNERED AND PROFESSIONALS. HAD TIME TO EXPLAIN " DOs & DON'Ts" FOLLOWED THE PANDEMIC PROTOCALS.”

“Your price for our cooker wasn't the cheapest but fairly competitive, you got our custom because you had it in stock. Other suppliers couldn't deliver until January 2021. Having said that I was able to specify a delivery date and it arrived when you said it would. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful and efficient. All in all a very good service. Our only hope now is that the cooker is good too.”

“from ordering to delivery cant praise you enough you kept me up to date with the order when it was going to be delivered phone call and email what time it would arrive. Delivery man was brilliant as well took packaging away and recycled my old tumble dryer .I would definitely recommend you to everyone and would definitely use you for excellent service”

“HOTPOINT FLAT BED MICROWAVE Product on shelf in Curry's, but out of stock and no delivery date available!!! Ordered from Appliances Direct from the Curry's shop,£ 30 cheaper also. Very Good Customer support before and after delayed delivery, DPD ISSUE!!!! Paid for next day delivery, which I thought was ambitious at 6p.m., arrived on the 3rd day, but delivery charges have been refunded following telephone call.”

“Haier 12Kg Washing Machine. The only company to break the apparent monopoly on pricing, and follow up delivery was "what it said on the tin". First class, and early days, but the machine equals all of that as well. Quiet, efficient and controllable !!!!”

“Really delighted with my new silver coloured Beko fridge freezer. The price is good value for money. The attention shown by customer services was excellent and appreciated. “The ordering was easy, the appliance is awesome but the deliver courier needs looked at. Paid for next day delivery, Saturday, no show, no email or text to explain why, tried to call Monday but only automated service, prebooked for Tuesday, they tried to deliver Monday when I was out! Want to order a range cooker and an American fridge freezer but who knows when I’ll get it? Might just pay extra elsewhere and get it delivered to suit me”
