“Ordered next day. Cooker turned up on time. Unfortunately delivery driver hit our fence whilst gaining access to the drive. They didn’t say anything we only knew this by going through Cctv. I have tried to contact the delivery team by email still awaiting response.”

“Disappointed that there was no installation. The website said the drivers would assess the location and advise if they could install. It was a washing machine to be installed in a totally empty utility room and the drivers didn’t even look. The website should be amended to say drivers only drop and go.”
