“Delivery of my goods were supposed to be on the 16th December they were delivered to the wrong address on the 14th December the householder was unable to speak to the driver as he left same parcel on doorstep and drove away before he had a chance to tell him it was at wrong house just aswell the neighbour was honest and called the next day to ask if the parcel was mine was not very happy with the service from courier Amazon”

“We ordered on a Sunday morning paid for next day delivery and was with us by 9 the following day..we received a call about delivery same day to discuss things..a fantastic service from start to finish”

“After being given 3 delivery dates through December I was not happy at the prospect of not having my freezer by Xmas. However a phone call from a very nice lady assured me that it would definitely be here on the 15th which restored my faith. Following that I was kept informed as to the exact time allowing me to plan my day. Now very happy with a full freezer for Xmas.”

“Good value but very slow service. I also noticed that the price of certain items in the showroom were not the same as those online, if prices of items were displayed at all. Also the showroom itself could do with a bit if an update, I don't think it's changed in years. The staff were polite too I should add.”

“I needed to get a Hob quickly as the one that was coming with our new Kitchen was delayed to January 2021. I found the same one on Appliances Direct. Ordered it on the Friday afternoon and it was delivered less than 24 Hours later! Excellent service. Would highly recommend them.”

“Where do I start? No probs with orderong or Delivery.Customer Service is rubbish trying to get to speak to someone.I understand there are problems as the moment,but that doesnt excuse AD for keeping customers hanging on the phone having to listen to some awful music for 31 minutes after being told the wait time was 23 minutes,needless to say I hung up,I wasn't prepared to wait any longer,wasting my time.. The item I received was faulty,and I was phoning for it to be collected on Panasonics instructions. Will not be shopping with AD ever again.. Had to send email because couldn't speak on phone,just waiting now to see how long it will be before they respond..”

“Order arrived even earlier than stated. Good service. I'm not entirely satisfied with the dehumidifier - the cable is too short & the tank awkward to remove & handle - but that's not down to you.”
