“Ordered a dehumidifier in price drop sale. Price much cheaper than anywhere else and although delivery was showing 4-6 days it actually arrived 3 days later. Also great product that is doing its job well. Only slight problem I had with delivery was that I was out with the dog when it arrived so it was left on its side in my recycle bin. As it wasn’t upright the instructions advised to delay use for 24 hours. Not the end of the world but may have been better to try a neighbour as one was primed and ready.”

“I had two appliances from Appliances Direct recently. One was delivered on time, the other a few hours late. I had to report slight damage to the washing machine and Appliances Direct dealt with this very quickly and efficiently. Not the cheapest on everything although, as with other suppliers, there are some good deals to be had. All in all no serious complaints and I would order from Appliance Direct again.”

“Couldn’t fault the service, from ordering to delivery. Received emails every day updating me of the expected due date, then the actual time it was to arrive. Received a call from the driver on the delivery day advising what time he was due to arrive, so no waiting in all day.”

“Delivery details said company would inform me of any important information or changes, they didn’t. Delivery time between 1307 and 1707, it wasn’t. Finally arrived at 2007. Details said that I would get 30 minutes notice of delivery, I didn’t. Tried to get information about late delivery, no one available, ring back tomorrow. Not satisfied at all with this service, will look elsewhere in future”

“Very friendly, both customer service and the people who delivered my appliance. My only gripe was that when I asked if it could be unboxed and the packaging taken away, I was told to ask the delivery driver who said he couldn’t because of covid regulations. It couldn’t be helped but I would have preferred to have been told that over the phone when arranging delivery rather than being told to,”ask the driver, it shouldn’t be a problem”, only to be let down.”
