“Purchased a Samsung mobile phone. £50 cheaper than i could find it anywhere else. Delivered next day as promised. Arrived all sealed in original Samsung box in brand new condition. Very pleased.”

“Not really as described. I ordered a washing machine described as Grade A, refurbished, as it was considerably cheaper than the normal retail price. The description also said that refurbished models could be noisier than new machines. When it arrived, it seemed to be completely brand new, in unopened packaging and in absolutely perfect condition. Once installed, it's also far quieter than any washing machine I've ever owned, even on a 1600rpm spin. So much better than I was expecting and at almost 40% below retail price. Delivery driver even managed to get down a slope that's currently covered in a sheet of ice to deliver it.”

“I had to phone as new hob didnt seem to be working on small ring after speaking with technician it seemed it could be my pan , which it turned out to be , they also refunded me the cost of my call as i used wrong number. Very happy with help i received and the hob is excellent”

“Although the delivery of my fridge failed, their customer service responded quicky once I contact them about my case, and fully refund within 3 days! That was amazing! Wish the delivery can be improved next time!”

“The communication was good apart from when I ordered my item I wasn’t told it was out of stock, I was told a delivery day 2nd December, then to be told 5th December, the to be told 13th December but the item turn up on 10th December. Just wish I was told it would be longer when I ordered on the 18th November as they were out of stock. Really pleased with item know it is here.”
