“Perhaps I was cherry picked for a review, but I did have a good experience and often the people who have good experiences are less likely to have something to say about it. On a day where I was expecting five important deliveries, this one made it through unscathed and arrived next day, (as paid for) (other items didn’t). Best price I could find for the vacuum cleaner: £70 less than RRP.”

“AD gave the wrong number to DPD for delivery notifications. I paid extra for next day delivery, 4 days later and the item is still at DPD delivery centre despite promises of delivery Saturday which after waiting all day said sorry it will now be Sunday. Another day off work taken to wait all day Sunday, DPD App said delivery between 2:45 and 3:45 by 5pm it said running late, 12 noon on Monday it says it’s back at DPD depot and no delivery attempted so far. Again says out for delivery today so a 4th day off work waiting. Not good.”

“Ordered dehumidifier on Wednesday with promised delivery of Monday. Day changed to Tuesday then was delivered on Saturday which was great, especially when everyone else was out of stock. Unit was delivered upside down. Decided to give it extra time to settle before using it. Works very well and makes a huge difference for drying clothes.”

“I was not very impressed by this company. I purchased a Ninja kettle after their website stated 10 in stock. When i did not receive any sign of despatch I contacted customer services. It seems they had ordered in the item, and it could be a long time before delivery. I complained and pointed out they should not be selling an item not in stock and ordering it in. After a long drawn out call they managed to get one and send it out. The box was delivered by DPD opened, and the courier took a photo because he was concerned about its state. I have purchased over £600 of items from this company but after this it could be the last. If i had not phoned customer service, I would still be waiting”
