“Speedy delivery (next day) and availability of stock (the only company with stock). Had a follow up call regarding extended warranty (which I did not take) but they were not pushy with it and were friendly on the phone.”

“Ridiculously poor experience in dealing with this company. Been chasing up my order which is now 14 days late and with no sign of it on the horizon. Repeated phone calls and emails haven't been followed up with the promises being made. Wouldn't deal with Appliances Direct again and I would urge others to shop elsewhere too. They were very quick in emptying a 3 figure sum from my bank account but that has been all they've been quick at unfortunately. Frustrated, disappointed and downright P'd off.🙄”
