“We had a issue that the fan we had ordered was no longer in stock when we went to pick it up, we were refunded there and then , after writing to them we were offered an alternative fan with discount , the offer was resolved without a problem.”

“My air purifier I bought last year still under warranty was not working properly so I called and they arranged to pick up from my flat and after 2 Week they deliver the New replacement I'm happy and I know some time people have bad days and have bad experience.”

“I ordered a cooker extraction hood and it was (almost) delivered the next day. The driver told me the box sounded full of broken glass and unfortunately the customer has to reject damaged deliveries. This I did (or rather he did it on his little pad) and I went inside to contact Appliances Direct to let them know. On sending them a message I instantly received a message saying that they were already looking into a problem with my order and that I would be contacted in the next 24 hours. However, it was sorted much sooner and a replacement was sent out later the same day and received successfully the next day. I was very impressed that the problem was all sorted with no more than one email from me and no hassle whatsover.”
