“Great service. Very happy indeed. Was given a 4 hour delivery slot. The van was here within the first hour and the driver telephoned me 25 minutes before that to tell me that. The guys were very polite, unpacked the fridge freezer for me, checked it over, took away all the wrapping and positioned it where I wanted it. Will definitely use you again. Very happy with the fridge freezer too.”

“5 stars for prompt service and delivery, I also decided to pay the extra cost of having my washing machine taken away, as of yet its still sitting in the middle of my drive awaiting collection How long must I wait before this happens, or will it never happen. Such a let down.”

“Very efficient service delivered on time with due notifications. When, after unpacking, damage was found to the drier it was replaced within 24 hours. Should add that the damage must have been there before Hoover wrapped the drier as the packaging was unblemished so not the fault of the courier or Appliance Direct.”
