“Couldn’t fault the service, from ordering to delivery. Received emails every day updating me of the expected due date, then the actual time it was to arrive. Received a call from the driver on the delivery day advising what time he was due to arrive, so no waiting in all day.”

“The item was the cheapest I found on the net hence why I purchased it from appliances direct. My only concerns is I specified a delivery date with Appliances but Hermes the courier changed it to a day earlier, which I quickly changed to the appropriate day. If I hadn't checked my emails I may have missed my delivery. However the hermes driver came in the time on the emailnext day. I purchased a Meaco Platinum 25 Litre Low Energy Dehumidifier and it does what it says on the box, has stop condensation in my house and is great in laundry mode. As mentioned in reviews on this site the water tank is a bit tricky to get out but other than that an excellent item. Would I use Appiances Direct again, in a nutshell yes.”
