“Very easy to order online. Very competitive price. Item I wanted was in stock, lots of other shops did not have what I wanted, in store, or online. The query I had was answered simply and helpfully on the phone, with no long hanging on. Appliance delivered on time, by 2 very polite, cheerful and helpful delivery men. “First time I have dealt with Appliances Direct and I was impressed. Saw my ultrawide computer monitor on-line at 5pm at a very good price. Placed my order and received item with free delivery 11:30am next day. DPD delivery gave me a time window window for delivery and thet arrived mid-way through that time. Perfect.”
