“I ordered online and was kept updated on my purchase, was delivered in the specified timeframe. When on arrival there was a hole in the package which had caused a dent/ scratch on the case. When I contacted customer service they kindly offered me a discount on my purchase. Excellent service”

“Excellent system. Initially I made an order with next day delivery. After this I cancelled it and made another order with normal delivery. Everything done right way no complexity.”

“Next day delivery of the in-stock item, a kitchen extractor for over the hob. Sadly the courier seemed unable to understand the "this way up" sign on the box, so the power lead had been bouncing on the metal grease filter and squashed it a bit. Not worth complaining as all the couriers do that these days, and at least they rang the bell rather than leaving it outside in the rain.”
