“Perfect and quick carrier”

“Ordered dehumidifier on Wednesday with promised delivery of Monday. Day changed to Tuesday then was delivered on Saturday which was great, especially when everyone else was out of stock. Unit was delivered upside down. Decided to give it extra time to settle before using it. Works very well and makes a huge difference for drying clothes.”

“I was not very impressed by this company. I purchased a Ninja kettle after their website stated 10 in stock. When i did not receive any sign of despatch I contacted customer services. It seems they had ordered in the item, and it could be a long time before delivery. I complained and pointed out they should not be selling an item not in stock and ordering it in. After a long drawn out call they managed to get one and send it out. The box was delivered by DPD opened, and the courier took a photo because he was concerned about its state. I have purchased over £600 of items from this company but after this it could be the last. If i had not phoned customer service, I would still be waiting”

“Bought a Indesit larder fridge with standard delivery. Positive first experience was that they called and confirmed order, also asked whether I wanted delivery earlier without any extra cost which I opted for. On delivery day, delivery lady called 20 minutes before arriving to confirm their arrival time. On arrival they took good care whilst unloading goods from van and delivered to spot of my choice in the dining room. The delivery guys were very courteous and not hurried and waiting to run off. The product itself was in mint condition with no damage to the appliance or even its protective covering. Cannot yet comment on the product itself asbit is just 2 days into use. Overall very pleased with the whole experience with Appliance direct.”

“Expected delivery date got changed by 2 weeks. But really great service when I phoned to check and delivery was put back to original date. Didn’t like the pushy sales call to buy insurance but other than that v happy with the service.”

“I booked & paid a premium for Saturday delivery, only to get a message on Monday to say my delivery was arriving next day ?? Tried to reschedule to Saturday but wasn't an option, so opted for Friday. On the Tuesday morning, got a message to say my delivery was arriving that same day - Tuesday !! - Turns out my order had been split in to 2 delivery slots for some reason. After some time spent on the phone, managed to get both items arranged to be delivered on the Friday. Why offer a choice to select a delivery date & time and then just ignore it ? Very annoying.”
