“I bought a portable air conditioner from Appliances Direct, it appeared to get damaged in shipping; the unit was missing a wheel. Appliances Direct were quick to answer and provide me with support to replace the damaged piece and make it right. I paid extra fir Saturday delivery however and for one reason or another this was not communicated with the courier and I had notifications that it would be delivered on a Thursday?”

“Excellent Service. I was able to track order and received text notification. Ordered one day and it arrived the next day as promised. Haven't yet installed the extractor fan hood or checked it's working. Don't anticipate any problem. Would highly recommend the company.”

“After an initial delay, our issue was sorted out efficiently. It's a little inconvenient that you are not told earlier as to when the delivery will take place and that there is no flexibility as to the day it is delivered unless you pay extra. Currys allow you to choose your delivery date for a standard delivery fee...”

“This is the second time I have used Appliances Direct. Both good. The price this time was the best I could find. Ordering and payment straightforward. My credit card not billed until delivery. They kept me informed about delivery by email and 20 minutes before the van arrived they rang to tell me they were close. Two guys brought the appliance into the house and put it where I asked them to. So that was all exactly as it should be. I would definitely use them again. Please note: they sent me an email inviting this review. When I clicked the link, reviews.io gave me a warning: “Our system has noticed this company is cherry picking who to invite to leave a review. This will be skewing the overall rating. Some Reviews may have been removed from this profile”.”
