“Easy to purchase my cooker hood at a competitive price. A quick one hour delivery slot was even a day earlier than quoted. Delivery driver was super efficient and friendly, even when he still had a few more deliveries to get to.”

“Wanted a top of the range dehumidifier and found the best price by far was at Appliances Direct. Ordered teatime it was delivered before breakfast the next day. Kept updated on delivery time too which was good. Amazing service. Highly recommended!”

“Easy to navigate the website to find a new washing machine that fitted what I wanted and also within my tight budget. I used next day delivery because I needed the washing machine quickly. Communication was good and I didn’t need any contact outside of that. I was given a time slot and it arrived in that time. The delivery service let me know when they were 25 mins away which was really useful. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful. Because of COVID I didn’t want the washing machine brought in to the house and we were able to bring it in ourselves. I didn’t ask but got the impression if I had no help available they would have brought it in as safely as possible (they were already wearing masks for the doorstep delivery). The washing machine is great and I have had no problems. I would definitely use Appliances Direct again.”

“Excellent customer service. We paid extra for next day delivery, but item did not arrive next day. Probably not your fault because of Xmas rush. No problem, as request for refund for next day delivery was acted on straight away. Wife was desperate for her new hoover, and it arrived the day after. Thank you very much. Would definitely consider shopping with you again.”
