“Ordered easily on line. Came 2 days later. The convector heater was missing 2 screws. Tried to get them myself but couldn’t so contacted their Customer service who sent the screws straight away. Good service. Great prices and delivery.”

“I am very pleased with the service, the 2 men who delivered the washer dryer were friendly and did a good job. The price of the washer was good but I would be grateful if someone could put a user guide in the post for me, I think the guide that came with the washer is a bit vague.”

“Ordered a new cooker hood which was quick and easy. It was delivered fast but discovered the single small glass touch panel on had been shattered somewhere in transit. Spoke to customer services and sent pictures. They promptly arranged a doorstep step, received new undamaged hood two days later and sent damaged one back. Very helpful, very quick to resolve and hassle free.”

“Ordering easy and quick delivery the same really good service. We are waiting for a Media wall to be built, so have not yet unpacked the Fire, so hope there is no problem with it. Otherwise very happy and will definitely use them again.”

“I am delighted with my choice of this company, the ordering online was easy, the delivery was excellent and I was kept informed the whole time of my slot in the delivery process. Two men delivered the radiator, which was incredibly heavy, and brought it inside for me where I wanted it. I would certainly use this company again.”

“They were fast to respond to the problem with the delivered unit and organised its return on the same day. They later offered an alternative unit as they were out of stock of the returned item and delivered that the next day. I was kept informed throughout. This is the fifth domestic appliacnce I have purchaced from Appliances Direct and I have so far never had a problem with their service.”
