“I ordered a dehumidifier and when we used it there was water coming from where it shouldn’t be. I rang customer services and got through immediately, they transferred me to a technician who helped on the phone. I had to return the item for checking and was offered a full refund including the postage. Both delivery and collection were agreed in advance and communication throughout was very good. I would recommend using Appliance Direct as the service was great.”

“Dehumidifier stopped working after 3 months, rang customer service and was told they would pick it up and repair it after 1 week was informed that they couldn't repair it and would replace it with a new one Received the replacement in 3 days Very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again”

“We are very happy with the service from this company. We ordered a new cooker and chose which delivery date suited us best. We received a phone call from the company to confirm our order details I.e. the size of the cooker which we had ordered and were told we would be contacted the day before the delivery date with a time range which was duly done. On the date of delivery the delivery man phoned at 8am to say they would be with us in an hour. Cooker delivered on time with great care. Good cooker at very reasonable price. I would definitely order from them again”

“I have used this company many times, always with happy results. On this last occasion, I needed a replacement LPG cooker for a holiday let urgently. The person I spoke to was most helpful and offered me next day delivery, which was amazing, but the norm for AO. Brilliant service with no messing about.”

“The only thing that let down the whole experience was me! I forgot to make 1 crucial measurement when ordering a replacement dryer. Realised on the day of delivery that it wouldn't fit through the door frame. Drivers and AD were excellent and dealt with the cancellation and full order refund swiftly. Great company”
