“Very pleased with the dehumidifier. Very efficient and it does what it says on the box. Delivery was on time. Would buy from appliance direct again.”

“Search the internet for a dehumidifier did a lot of searching found what I wanted on Appliances Direct at the price I wanted to pay.Very good delivery but sadly item was faulty so,I got in touch with their customer services Dept and had my complete refund back in my bank account within 4 working days..Ye even with my faulty item I would still buy fromAppliances Direct again.Great service and even better customer service.”

“I ordered this as a birthday present for my boyfriend, first one we ordered was bit slow wasn't working properly, this got rectified very wuickly witha call and a return within a week. very happy and replacement one works perfectly - lots of ice, no battlng the freezer drawers for ice..:)”

“I've used Appliance Direct many times. I've always found them to be polite and helpful. I had a problem with a unit just inside the warranty period, they arranged pick up at a time suitable to me. They then offered alternatives. I ended up having a refund as I had already purchased another unit from them. Everything was done with minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend this company, I will continue to use them.”
