“I ordered a new fridge freezer hotpoint. Lovely arrived well no issues yet. They are good with communication also. I bought a gas cooker from them 6 months ago also very good no issues. Nice delivery service. I will use them again and again due to good pricing.”

“Needed help replacing a intergrated microwave, old model was stopped making so needed exact measurements. I dealt with a lad called Thomas kaye and he was great, microwave delivered and fitted same day with no issues.”

“I cannot fault them. I originally ordered an integrated fridge freezer and had no knowledge of the different fixings and I ordered the wrong one! The delivery men apologised, explained and took the fridge freezer back. Long story short: I eventually spoke to a nice lady named Syka who sorted it out for me in short order, with politeness and humour, and my fridge freezer, with correct fittings, was installed the same week, and is now happily purring away in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.”

“Well informed of delivery and check in delivery date due to shipping delay - delivery was on time delivery drivers helped to unpack purchase and check for any damage prior to leaving delivery drivers were polite extremely helpful even asked if they needed to remove shoes prior to entering my house”

“When I contacted them regarding a faulty desk fan which stopped working after using it twice, they responded to me promptly and sent me a new one after I sent them additional pictures and a video of the faulty one as requested. The replacement has been working well and I love it. I really appreciate their quick response in this hot weather as this is for my 3-year old boy's room at night since his room is the hottest here! Thank you very much.”
