“Arrived in less than 24 hours on standard delivery. Item (cooker hood) was well packaged and excellent fitting and operating instructions. Very pleased with it. Obviously I don't know what the service would be like if a return was necessary but on my experience so far would definitely recommend this product and this company.”

“Received a faulty dehumidifier contacted Customer service. The service team arranged a collection of the item next day. Once the courier had the item I then received an update telling me a new dehumidifier had been despatched. Customer Service was brilliant in dealing with the issue, would 100% recommend Appliances Direct and will be using again. Replacement dehumidifier working perfectly. Thank you”

“Overall great service - 2 wine fridges delivered & unpacked with the old one being taken away by them as well. Delivery guys were great. Delivery date was pushed back by 2 days which was inconvenient- but products look really great & they are their own products.”
