“Having researched the product, the price and free delivery was what attracted me to this site. I specified a delivery date, they sent a message with a 1 hour window and delivered on time. Very happy with my purchase and will use again.”

“my first purchase with Appliance direct. Ordered Saturday 12.00 am arrived Monday 48h communication by txt and email tracked and a courtesy call on the delivery day . postage reasonable well done over all and i will be using them again”

“There were parts missing from the product and a damaged panel. The box was undamaged so the problem rests with the manufacturer. Appliances Direct collected the product and refunded in good time.”

“I have one little gripe but overall I’m very, very pleased with the service. The gripe being, the item I was looking at was £307 (lower than any other site in my search).I kept viewing the item throughout day pondering whether to buy. It wasn’t until the next day when I decided to buy and the price had gone up to £319. Granted not a massive amount but it did make me wonder that the more hits the product got the price would increase. Right or wrong I just didn’t think it was ethical. That said, the service, delivery and communication was excellent.”

“Very good price for a fitted dishwasher. The engineers turned up on time, removed our old appliance and fully fitted and tested the new appliance in about 90 minutes. They took the old appliance away leaving no mess. So far we are very happy with the installation. We will test the dishwasher over the next few days 🤞😀”
