“They have very competitive prices and we chose our dishwasher because of the energy rating and the price.It was easy to order and we chose the package that sited and removed our old one.We were informed by email when the appliance would come and on the evening before the delivery we were informed of the time slot.The dishwasher was delivered exactly as informed, sited and the old one removed.Very happy with the service.”

“Ordered 4 dehumidifiers, unfortunately 1 stopped working. Contacted customer service who responded very quickly and sent a replacement within 2 days. Customer service agent was very helpful and friendly. Also purchased 2 oil filled radiators which were delivered very quickly.”

“Your service was excellent,we got exactly the right microwave.We were notified of the time by e-mail. We would definitely use Appliances Direct again.Also the price +delivery charge was such a good price.Next day delivery was wonderful,and would recommend this microwave.We made chips &fish for tea.!Mr Brooks”

“Really pleased with the service from Appliances Direct. I've used them many times. This time I ordered a dehumidifier on a Sunday afternoon & it was delivered next day at noon by DPD. This on just standard delivery, not next day! Price of the unit was really good too. No complaints here!”

“Ordered our dehumidifier on a Sunday afternoon & amazingly it was delivered lunchtime Monday (the next day!!). All this with just standard delivery charged. This is not the first time we have used Appliances Direct. We also bought hobs & ovens from them fairly recently. Each time their service has been excellent. Add to this the very competitive price of our dehumidifier & I've got to say they can't be bettered. PS. I'm not making this up! They really are that good.”

“The only negative review that I will give is that the delivery company ( DPD ) delivered it upside down. As there is a refrigeration compressor inside the dehumidifier this could have seriously damaged the working parts. Everything else was perfect.”
