“I bought a re conditioned integrated fridge which was delivered promptly. I didn't expect it to look brand new and shiny, however it was in quite a state, it was so battered that actually we had to laugh. You may wonder then why I am giving 4 stars, well it's because customer services were great and solved my complaint with complete satisfaction. As the fridge is integrated, the damage is not obvious and it has not affected it's function at all, in fact it's a great little fridge”

“Under no circumstances buy from this company - bought a cooker, the poor guy who delivered it was on his own and my husband, who was luckily at home, had to help him unload the van to get the cooker off. Had someone booked to install it only to find it didnt come with a plug - when I rang was told the details were in the spec - where it says installed by qualified electrician, but not that we have to buy a lead to connect it! Absolutely disgusting - will NEVER purchase anything from this company again - but they were very quick to call me after I purchased to see if I wanted insurance - dont need insurance on something I cant use! TERRIBLE COMPANY - RUBBISH”

“Promptly received our electriq Compact 9000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner unit but on using it, it was soon obvious that all was not well. The noise level when the compressor ran was, to say the least, very noisy, in fact more of a 'rattle' as if something loose internally. I sent video to Appliances Direct who then arranged collection for checking. The day after collection I was informed that the unit was indeed faulty and a replacement dispatched. On switching on the replacement the lack of noise was a very welcome sign. The unit is not much noisier than a free standing fan we previously used. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase further items as pricing very competitive and service support second to non...Well done in this age of 'automation' nice to deal with a company that has humans to resolve issues quickly!”

“Placed my order and paid for next day delivery. When this this did not materialise, due to the ineptitude of DPD, customer service was quick to provide a replacement and refund the delivery charge. Goods were well packaged and arrive safely the following day.”

“Delivery was fantastic no faults 100%, Delonghi heater was damaged dents its what i was expecting not class A goods, slight damage , but not working correctly cannot adjust the temperature wish they would test items before dispatching for working correctly as it is constantly on at 28 degrees centigrade . disappointed not going to rave about appliances direct .”

“Appliances delivered have really let me and their poor driver down today. They sent one person on a five hour journey each way to deliver, and install two large appliances, and remove the old ones, when he arrived he said there was no way he could lift the appliances. Not sure what I paid for when I paid for delivery and installation.”
