“Customer service excellent, had a problem processing and it went through twice. Had an email to say they had noticed and were only sending one and refunding the extra one. Super fast delivery and great price for the product. Highly recommend.”

“Have used Appliances Direct over a few years for a number of puchases of different items. Always found them really helpful and items always delivered on time as agreed. So far not had any issues with faults so cannot comment further regarding customer service.”

“Completely satisfied with every aspect of my order. Ordered Saturday pm with a 5 day delivery and received it Monday am. Price most competitive for the item chosen. It appears to cover every requirement we need but not yet installed, so no experience of the machine itself. Looks good though!”

“had to exchange the cooker I'd bought. Rather than an exchange, I was able to arrange a return, and purchase a different model. I was also refunded the difference in cost. New cooker is great”

“The BBQ is brilliant but my favourite is the rotisserie, the chickens & meat slow roasted is absolutely fabulous. We use the mats for BBQ’ing so less mess & lovely tasty food, we all love it thank you 👍🏻”
