“I've had an excellent service from this company. My dishwasher was due on the Thursday but I received it 2 days earlier the customer service was excellent and I was kept informed about the time of delivery which was bang on. The price was also very good much cheaper than others I looked at. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using again.”

“Ordered online, with discount, very easy. Lots of confirmation emails and order progress updates. Telephone call 3 days before delivery checking everything was ok, confirming delivery date and time slot. Reinforced again with predelivery email and phone call when driver 30 minutes away. Delivered well packaged in perfect condition. What more could they do?”

“Easy to find items wanted on the website and prices very reasonable. Delivery faster than advertised and the phone and other items I ordered were well packaged. Continuous updates on my order by emails. Have not yet fully set up my new Samsung phone but I'm sure customer services will help, if any problems, going by the amount of communication throughout the purchase.”

“You would think I would be unhappy as I had a product that failed twice, however this is about the company. Appliances Direct put every effort into ensuring I was a happy customer to the point of accepting that the product was not suitable and supplying a full refund. Yep. Just like that with an apology aswell. I have lots of trust in this business now and will be using them again soon.”
