“I purchased an Air- Con unit, they had the best price on the Internet for the unit that intrested me. They also provided a pdf copy of the user manual on their web site which made it easy for me to pepare for fitting it before hand. The Air Con- unit was delivered within 24 hours which I was very happy with. Unfortunately the unit I purchased does not perform as I expected but this is not the retailers fault more the poor quality of information provided by the manufacturer of the unit. So overall happy with Appliances Direct. Very good service.”

“Ordered a Motorola G9 Play phone from Appliances Direct but the next day i realised it did not have a Wide Angle Camera so i e-messaged App direct asking to cancel and i got a prompt reply back saying it had already been shipped so i was too late. After receiving the Phone i started a return and was given a return code and instructions by email. I returned the phone and was refunded 2 days after it got back to them so i am impressed.”

“We bought a Bosch Series 6 dishwasher. Appliances Direct offered the model we wanted at a very competitive price. Customer service was excellent; communication was brilliant. We were called by the driver about thirty minutes before delivery on the day we’d been promised and our old dishwasher was taken away for a small fee. No issues at all.”

“I have ordered two different items recently from Appliances Direct (dehumidifier and 2 x fireplaces). I have found the service efficient and helpful, particularly with an item where a delay from the manufacturers was concerned (and known about in advance). Items were good value for money compared to other suppliers.”

“Customer service was excellent, price was very competitive, no negatives at all regarding Appliances Direct. only issue was DPD delivery even though my parcel stated fragile, it came very bashed about, and stuck together with gaffer tape !”
