“Brilliant service. Through no fault of theirs I had to cancel the order even though delivery had been made. Full refund was given with no problem. Easy to contact and very pleasant experience. Will definitely use again”

“My experience has been good. Last year ordered a cheap (£400) air con which leaked. Money refunded and excellent pickup service for faulty unit. This week ordered a Delonghi aircon unit on Monday which was delivered the next day. So far so very good. Excellent product, the best price I could find and next day delivery. Early days but very happy so far”

“Really great service, unfortunately the product was damaged ,but appliances direct promptly sorted out the return, arranged a pickup and a refund in less than 10 days. Great communication and interpersonal skills throughout. Will definitely buy from again!”
