“Competitive price and delivered on the day that I requested, before 8:00am, perfect. Delivery guy was helpful, even though a parked vehicle was blocking the entrance to the cul de sac where I live and he had to walk with the dishwasher on a trolley.”

“I purchased an Air- Con unit, they had the best price on the Internet for the unit that intrested me. They also provided a pdf copy of the user manual on their web site which made it easy for me to pepare for fitting it before hand. The Air Con- unit was delivered within 24 hours which I was very happy with. Unfortunately the unit I purchased does not perform as I expected but this is not the retailers fault more the poor quality of information provided by the manufacturer of the unit. So overall happy with Appliances Direct. Very good service.”
