Delivery was fast and efficient but I wasn't so pleased the item I purchased was nearly £40 cheaper five days later. The must have k own a reduction was in the pipeline but were perfectly happy not to let me know.

Very friendly, both customer service and the people who delivered my appliance. My only gripe was that when I asked if it could be unboxed and the packaging taken away, I was told to ask the delivery driver who said he couldn’t because of covid regulations. It couldn’t be helped but I would have preferred to have been told that over the phone when arranging delivery rather than being told to,”ask the driver, it shouldn’t be a problem”, only to be let down.

Had to wait nearly 2 months for it to come into stock delivery dates kept being put back . When it was delivered everything went well

Disappointed that there was no installation. The website said the drivers would assess the location and advise if they could install. It was a washing machine to be installed in a totally empty utility room and the drivers didn’t even look. The website should be amended to say drivers only drop and go.

Good value but very slow service. I also noticed that the price of certain items in the showroom were not the same as those online, if prices of items were displayed at all. Also the showroom itself could do with a bit if an update, I don't think it's changed in years. The staff were polite too I should add.

Good quality product delivered as scheduled. Have used this company once before and was impressed. Therefore paid £15 more than on another website to get advertised 2-years warranty, rather than 1-year on the other website, only to find that, on delivery, the warranty was only 1-year and the price had reduced by £20 since I placed my order. Eventually sorted by App.Direct agreeing to fund the second year due to inaccurate advertising but took sometime to get through on the phone. Nobody phoned back when requested. Like many companies they blamed Covid (an easy excuse), although some companies manage to provide quality customer service despite Covid. Would think twice about using this company again.

Happy with the Appliance and price but your customer service sucks. Your competitors are happy to carry goods to the customers car and put them in. I had a wasted trip to your store as I came on my own and your staff would not load my appliance in my car. In fact on the second trip I was left to wheel it out of the store as well. Very disappointing.

Speedy delivery & happy with gas bbq. Customer service not so efficient. I ordered the incorrect item & even though my fault & have agreed to pay for return, still awaiting details nearly 2 weeks later. Customer Service seem to take days to reply.

I have just bought an electriQ EQFS1420FZ upright freezer. The door is stated to be reversable, which it is. A straight forward job was made hellish difficult by the alternative lower hinge bracket being almost impossible to fit because the foam filling had blocked the screw holes and even distorted the metal casing. I had to lay on the ground and scrape out the plastic - took about 1 hour. No joke. I had exactly the same problem with a LEC fridge so I have learnt to curse the reversable door! Delivery was spot on time with very good communication and willing men to shift freezer to garage.

The ordering process was eventually OK but took a while to find The delivery guys delivered all the appliances on next doors drive then open all to take photos so now I have unfitted appliances in the garage where I am cutting end panels and cornice and pelmets

Appliance ordered for delivery on a Wednesday, not actually delivered until following Monday. On day of delivery it also came later than the slot suggested, but the delivery itself was smooth and efficient. The freezer itself is fine, reasonable value for money so far.

I ordered a fridge freezer fornext day delivery however they say my order was too late for next day. Fridge was suppose to arrive Monday but 10 mins before delivery the van broke down. I had to live chat to arrange another delivery date. When the fridge arrived I’ve never met such unfriendly delivery drivers ever like I was putting them out, the fridge is fine no problems what so ever. Don’t think I will by from this company again as I don’t rate the overall service they provide. Don’t think my review will be posted for all to see, but it’s better by word of mouth
