I ordered a pair of AirPod Pro’s for my partners birthday, the price couldn’t be bettered anywhere and delivery was quick. In short I’d have given a 5 star rating BUT.... I intended to order a case to keep them in, so I was delighted to find a special offer of a free case at checkout. You might think this is a good thing, I’d agree, but having just open the packaging to wrap the gift the case wasn’t there. I’ll now need to buy one, a bit disappointing.

Really happy with our appliance - we bought an american style side by side fridge freezer. We were happy with the delivery time and communication. We were not aware it was a 'doorstep delivery' but understandable due to current restrictions however, they left our very large, very heavy appliance at the bottom of of our front doorsteps, and it was upside down, so we had some difficulty moving it from there! Other than that, recommended.

Poor communication re delivery. Emails kept telling me different dates for the same delivery. The delivery company(DX) eventually gave me the correct date, while the email from appliances direct told me it was to be delivered 2 days earlier, even up to the day when clearly it hadn’t arrived. Again poor communication with delivery workers, who were not prepared to remove our old cooker even though we had already paid for the recycling option and been assured by phone that they would collect the old cooker. Fortunately they agreed to take it away after some discussion. Very pleased with the cooker ,though, so in the end it was worth it.

Dishwasher arrived on time, not sure about instructions. Usual Chinese not fully explained.

Very good service but the wine cooler I bought says that it holds 36 wine bottles. It only holds 24. You can only get 2 bottles in the wooden racks not 3 as shelves are not wide enough.

Delay of 3 weeks from first date I was advised appliance would be delivered. Poor communication about delay resulting in me having to contact them. I was without a fridge/freezer for 3 weeks because I removed it from the house the day before my new one was to be delivered except it wasn't delivered on that day. I was not offered any compensation which would have been the right thing for the company to do. After choosing another appliance and agreeing a delivery date I waited in for 11 hours but it was not delivered until the next day.

Attempted to get confirmation from Appliances Direct of a Zanussi extractor fan outlet size (to suit existing pipe work) for over 3 weeks without any success. Three possible sizes given in various tech info on Appliances Direct website). Ordered a Hotpoint instead and used a reducer. This arrived ok.

All ok so far. I was told by delivery HQ that coming 7th Jan between 1300hrs and 1500hrs but they rang at 1130 to deliver!

Order and delivery ok but didn't appreciate my phone ringing 5 days in a row prior delivery to sell me extra warrant etc despite me telling them not to.

good price but there is a delivery fee unlike other websites. delivery was not organised well. i picked a date at checkout that i knew I would be in. I then recieved a text one day to say they were changing delivery date, if it was no good i had to text back no by 12.00 (this was around 10.00). But i was sleeping between nightshifts so did not see this text until after 12.00. I text back no but the delivery still came on the amended date that was no good to me.

Delivery was very quick which was good. The bad bit was that the person who delivered it didn't ring our doorbell (although we were in). They left it in front of our garage whilst it was raining. Fortunately we noticed it before the cardboard box it was in got completely drenched

Great service until it came to the carrier DPD who were absolutely hopeless. They are a real problem in this area (maybe just the local driver?). Wish all companies would give an option on carrier. Would never buy anything I knew would be delivered (or not) by DPD

Great service in that you can order and get delivered very quickly but the delivery was an issue. Only one person was sent with the appliance who then refused to carry it up some stairs. Thankfully there were two male tenants in situ so this wasn't an issue but they should assess the delivery situation before they send out for delivery - sending appliances with only one delivery person seems a little foolish.

Delivery was fast and efficient but I wasn't so pleased the item I purchased was nearly £40 cheaper five days later. The must have k own a reduction was in the pipeline but were perfectly happy not to let me know.

Very friendly, both customer service and the people who delivered my appliance. My only gripe was that when I asked if it could be unboxed and the packaging taken away, I was told to ask the delivery driver who said he couldn’t because of covid regulations. It couldn’t be helped but I would have preferred to have been told that over the phone when arranging delivery rather than being told to,”ask the driver, it shouldn’t be a problem”, only to be let down.

Had to wait nearly 2 months for it to come into stock delivery dates kept being put back . When it was delivered everything went well
