“No issues with this order at all. Picked the one I wanted, ordered it, it was delivered next day and they texted me what time and that is the time it came. No problems. Good service.”

“Service received from Appliances direct was great - however delivery was poor the carrier forgot to load my item … so I waited home all day with no communication whatsoever from the carrier so explain the delay Received my goods 3 days later - better late communication helps ..”

“The dishwasher arrived on time, with advance warning from the driver. Setting up was reasonably easy, but Hotpoint should provide better installation instructions. That said, the appliance works as described and we are very satisfied with it. I contacted customer services for some advice and they were excellent.”
