I paid for a washing machine and installation amongst other items. My items were split into multiple deliveries but the installation was put on a different delivery. So when my washing machine arrived they wouldn’t connect it. Instead of fixing my problem they just refunded the installation so now I have to sort out myself. Disappointing

Item not delivered on date due still waiting due Friday already taken 1 day off work now another have lost more in earnings than the washing machine costs

Ordered a dishwasher with removal of previous dishwasher and installation of new. On arrival, the team that arrived didn't know what they were meant to do (uninstall and take away old). They looked at the existing and said they would have to send the integration team out and that I would have to call customer services. After a long hold with customer services, they sent someone out the next day. They again didn't know why they had been sent. They looked at the existing Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and said they didn't know how to uninstall it. Fisher & Paykel are available on Appliances Direct. I had to call customer services again and approximate waiting and call completion time is about 30 minutes. They then sent someone 3 days later, who uninstalled the existing dishwasher but didn't have the relevant part to complete the installation - the asked me to order it from Amazon. I ordered it and called customer services to book in installation completion but didn't receive a confirmation email. Called them again today and discovered they hadn't booked it in! No apologies or compensation offered. They can only now on the 17th which is 17 days after the dishwasher arrived. No apologies or compensation offered by customer services. I've asked them to take away the dishwasher. I would recommend paying slightly more and actually having good service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Despite their website claiming that they install appliances within 5 days - I bought an oven and hob a month ago and I am still waiting for my hob! There is zero communication from them and every time you email or phone them to find out a date for installation, they fob you off with a fictitious date for installation which never happens and they never actually tell you what’s happening. I have now had to resort to having the hob delivered to my home and trying to find an emergency electrician a week before Christmas to fit it - and this is IF they actually send me the hob. Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I’m actually annoyed that I have to give them one star when they clearly deserve no stars whatsoever. Dreadful, dreadful company who don’t care whatsoever about letting customers down or customer service in general.

Would not recommend as I have had either a failed delivery or broken oven delivered on 3 occasions. I am still waiting for either a working oven or a refund 14 days later even though I have made multiple complaints. The tumble dryer is excellent. However, despite paying for an uplift for my old kid didn’t happen. Do not use this company as the service isn’t up to scratch.

This company are only getting 1 start as you cant leave 0 stars. Patently false advertising where they list appliances as in stock and available for delivery, whereas when I called up to confirm the delivery date (having spent nearly £1000 in purchases for 3 x items) you are informed they are out of stock or awaiting delivery. DISHONEST and MISLEADING - AVOID

Ordered in stock ice machine 7 days before I was due to go away twice canceled collection,either it was not in stock or had been re allocated to someone Lesley tried to contact on line it was a nightmare took 5 attempts and they still could. It sort before I went away due to pick up on my return next week

On the day of planned delivery for my fridge freezer, I got a message stating "Due to issues within the warehouse the stock has not been received into the correct depot to complete your delivery today. We will contact you as soon as we have an update. Sorry for any inconvenience caused", no contact since. Unfortunate as I had to arrange time off work in advance of the delivery and have arranged temporary storage of my cold and frozen goods. Disappointing experience.

First delivery 2 ovens really badly damaged. But to be fair they got new ones out quickly. But my hob that should of been delivered 10 days ago they have changed my delivery date 3 times. I have been charged £200 off my granite templaters cause it wasn’t on site.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Passive aggressive rude staff and awefull afters ales care. Would never dream of using ever again and would warn others that if after care is important to you look elsewhere

Ordered on a Monday morning next day delivery which I had to pay extra for. Next day email arrived to say would be delivered Thursday. Called customer service at 13p per minute, using up all my mobile buffer. Told by customer services to call dpd to find out why. My contract not with dpd I bought from yourselves why should I call a parcel firm you have employed to deliver for yourselves.

This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I order a drinks fridge at the beginning of September I was told it would be delivered in 5 weeks time. After 5 weeks no word at all about the fridge. I then emailed them asking where it was to which I was told there was a computer error but not to worry as I would receive it in 3 more weeks. It should of arrived today. It of course didn't. When I emailed them or a second time I was told that the item had actually never been in stock they had just lied hoping they would get more in before my delivery date. 8 weeks of waiting just for them to say "within 72 hours a sales rep will phone you to talk about alternative items." So I've asked for a full refund and hopefully they won't lie about giving me one

Complete let down Text me 2 hours after the latest time they gave that the tumble dryer was to be delivered 11-15:00 (so we waited in all day ) to be told sorry it’s not in stock Never again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! They took my money 8 weeks ago (£3800) they gave me a delivery date. I rang the company the day before it was due to be delivered and I was told that the order would be with me the following day, so I took the day off work. I then received an email the morning of the delivery day that said I wouldn’t be getting the delivery and someone would contact me to rearrange. They didn’t call!! The following week I rang this awful company back to be told that none of the appliances I had ordered 8 WEEKS AGO were even in stock except the sink!!! 🤣 I was then told the equipment could be another 8 weeks. Appliances direct purposely took my money knowing this equipment wasn’t in stock. I then had to wait 5 days for the money to go back into my account, This left me over drawn. Never have I had such a bad experience

Delivery is a joke, they try to deliver before the agreed date and then claim to have arrived on the agreed date, however, we were in all day waiting for the delivery which never arrived! I needed this today for fitting tomorrow Very disappointing

Terrible company waited in for my delivery nobody turned up a email was sent to me later in the day saying it was transferring my delivery to a much later date would use
