“I'm always a little cautious when ordering online from a company first time having been scammed before, but cannot recommend Appliances Direct enough. Price was better than elsewhere, delivery was very speedy (quicker than expected) and customer service was superb when dealing with a minor subsequent issue - immediate response to a query and resolution within 24 hours. So much better than the vast majority I've dealt with.”

Appliance Direct collected the dehumidifier but despite being unable to replicate the fault replaced it immediately without any fuss at no cost (next day delivery). The service was seamless. “Very polite, helpful and speedy service. I ordered the appliance on Monday and it was delivered Tuesday. I paid for unpacking and room placing. This was done by 2 polite young men who worked quickly and efficiently. I had a phone call and messages too explain about the delivery and to keep me up to date.”

“I had a faulty cooker hood which I wasn't very happy about but hey ho these things do happen I emailed customer services and sent them a video of the fault Within a couple of days they sent out a replacement, to which I thought was very prompt. I'm now very happy. Based on my experience and the turn out they are Very good company .”
