“Appliances direct is not the main problem, its the delivery service they use... ARROW what a tin pot outfit!! Fridge delivery date Tues 11th Sept 2018, my partner took a day off work, received a phone call from ARROW @ 7.15am our fridge not coming there was not enough room in the van.... re-booked for Sat 15th Sept, received a message fridge to be delivered between 10.00am - 12.00pm.. I waited in all day!!! received a phone call at 4.30pm, the delivery van broke down @ 10.15am & I would not be getting the fridge until Sunday..... Sunday morning the lads finally turn up, after taking my old fridge they dropped off my new one, but refused to unpack it & take the packing away, even though I had paid extra for the service... as stated earlier, a TIN POT OUTFIT!!! Appliances direct "you have to stop using this delivery courier" or you will loose customers...”

“The oven I bought for my daughter was very good value for money and is both functional and cosmetically pleasing. I could have done without the follow-up call trying to sell me breakdown cover, which was delivered in an extremely patronising manner by someone who spoke to me as though I was seven, rather than 67.”

“I will not buy anything from Appliances Direct until they get a new courier ARROWXL treat customers like morons they insult our intelligence with their excuses for not delivering goods on the time and dates that THEY have arranged by text and emails. Many customers take time off work for these deliveries. I have no problem with Appliances Direct.Anne”

“Easy to order and good choice of delivery days (basically next day). Ordered Thursday night to arrive Saturday. Email on saturday morning to come between 10.15 and 12.15. Rang to say ten minutes away. Couldnt ne more helpful when delivered the fridge. Took away packaging for me too. Fridge is as described.”
