“This is laughable, i arranged, and you confirmed on the booking for delivery for the 7/9. When I enquired with courier the ETA for delivery that day, they said they couldnt deliver because they had only received it that morning from yourselves, and I then had to arrange an alternative date. Anyway, I wrote to, via the feedback on the 7/9 to convey my unhappiness, about no delivery and the fact I wasted an AL day to wait for it. Guess what no reply or response, until you sought a generic feedback. Poor all around, perhaps I should have gone to AO..”

“The oven was for my 84 year old mum and it is a good oven however we couldn't find the instructions until the grill was switched on and the instructions went on fire!!! They were tucked between the grill element and the roof of the oven!!!! I had to download a new set from the internet as no one got back to me when I complained. Delivery was a farce. We were told there would be a 3 hour time window advised the night before delivery date. I received a text message at 8.15 am on delivery day to tell me the delivery time window was between 7.30 am and 9.30 am (2 hours not 3) giving us just over 1 hour notice. I then received a call from the driver, to say he was 20 minutes away, on my mobile when it should have been my mum's home landline they should have called. Then when I was checking my email I had received a message at 9.33 am to tell me the time window was 7.30 am to 9.30 am!!!!!! Rubbish delivery service I'm afraid. I suggest you review who you use. It makes you look bad.”

“The most unreliable company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to a member of the complaints dept. I have posted a complaint but like all other systems at Appliances Direct, it returned an error when sent. The worst I can rate this company is very poor, which is way above the level I experienced.”

“everthing good except driver should have rung us 30 minutes before delivery but did'nt resulting in my father in law was still in bed. we were going down to meet this delivery but did'nt receive any call so when we got there they had already delivered.”

“Bought a cooker, cheaper than most found online, delivered exactly when they said and it looks perfect. Not got it wired up so not used yet so not sure if it works perfectly but had to write this review so they would stop sending feedback emails!”
