“I was very pleased with the service provided and the excellent communication from the company. Even though I ordered the incorrect oven, the customer service team were very helpful in arranging for me to collect the correct oven and return the original one. I am also very pleased with the new oven. I would not hesitate in recommending the company.”

“took a day off work as told it was coming on certain day only to be told by the courier that the washing machine had not even arrived with them. had to take the following day off and await a text from the courier for the arrival of the machine NOT SATISFACTORY. No appologies from the company cost me two days holiday”

“I was a bit disappointed when the original delivery date was changed, but at least I was notified. The cooker is really good and the service was excellent with an easy to order system and being kept informed at all stages of delivery. Good quality at a good price. I do think the delivery should be included in the price though as there is no option to collect! I was shocked when I got to the checkout to find another £19.95 added to the total cost. That is a nasty surprise and when paying almost £300 for something you would expect delivery to be included. Not sure if I would use the company again because of that.”

“Great service. Great delivery men. The main problem is that the wire on the plug isn't long enough to reach my plug point so I have had to use an extension lead which is not ideal particularly in a kitchen. The wire I doubt would reach many plugs as it is very short. Only if you had a plug point immediately behind your fridge and that isn't very good for easy access. Might be an idea if you advertise the length of the electrical wire on your advert.”

“Struggled with a delivery day to match a day when someone would be in, apart from that the service was very good, the delivery men unpacked the fridge freezer and put in place, with just my wife in these men went above and beyond, and a great thanks goes to these men.”

“I placed my order on the Monday afternoon, to be delivered to my daughter in a north west town the following day. It was delivered the next day ( Tuesday) as promised by lunchtime. Brilliant, thank you!!”
