“Paid for next day delivery and the washing machine was here by twelve. Plummed in by the delivery men and working by half twelve. Old machine taken away. All well worth the extra cost for this service. The delivery men were polite and friendly. Washing machine is a dream compared to the old one. Recommend appliances direct with five stars!”

“Service recieved from appliances direct was great, professional and fast, althoughi didn't realise id have to pay extra for postage. The honor 10 phone was an excellent price considering it came with great Bluetooth headphones. The phone its self is very good in every way.”

“We had a delivery time in the morning, I am a driving instructor and had lesson that morning that I cancelled to allow for the delivery of my Fridge, the morning came and went and no contact at all as later I found that the delivery man didn't have my correct contact details. I had a 2 hour lesson at 1.30 pm which I had to cancel as my fridge turned up at 2:45 pm, I contacted App Direct for a refund of my cancelled lesson with no reply what so ever, never going to use them again.”

“No problem at all dealing with you. I hadn’t realised how far the depot was from your showroom. I wasn’t happy using your ‘help line’ and found it infuriating and frustrating. After negotiating interminable options nobody answered. I only wanted to know the opening times. Had I spent more time with the web site I could have found them. Appliances all excellent and faultless. Will use you again but hope I never have to phone you.”
