“Nought a coffee machine. The price was good for starters. Item has shot up fifty quid on Amazon ober the last two months so finding it at an acceptable price encouraged me to place my order. The delivery time was perfectly acceptable but my machine was delivered even faster than expected. Thanks folks, I'll be seeking you out next time I'm looking out for electricals.”

“Attempted to get confirmation from Appliances Direct of a Zanussi extractor fan outlet size (to suit existing pipe work) for over 3 weeks without any success. Three possible sizes given in various tech info on Appliances Direct website). Ordered a Hotpoint instead and used a reducer. This arrived ok.”

“Ordered a cooker from them on 3/2 and paid for next day delivery. I did not receive the cooker on the next day, called a couple of times to follow up, all the customer service team could advice me was it will be delivered on the next working day. Today is 8/2, I still yet to receive my cooker. Just spoke to the customer service team and found out the cooker will be delivered on 10/2. Who knows whether the cooker will appeared on my door on 10/2 or not! I was greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with their service”

“After researching what we wanted on a number of sites and trying to compare our favourite 5 down to 2 appliances, we found the Appliance Direct site was easy to navigate, find what we wanted and gave us a clear idea of all costs. Only did not give a full 5/5 due to the delivery being delayed by one day otherwise this is a great place to source your white goods from.”
