“the price of this air purifier was much the same as offered by other retailers but the delivery service and tracking was really excellent with no hitches at all. The product itself an Electriq air purifier is great and works a treat. I am going to use Appliances Direct again. if you have done your research and know exactly what you want this is the place to get your goods hassle free”

“Purchased a Haier 3 door fridge freezer from Appliances Direct. Extremely pleased with service and with fridge freezer. Delivered on time and fridge freezer was incredibly well packaged. “I bought a Leibherr K3130 refrigerator which the company had delays due to its importation from the EU. During this time, I was regularly informed of how things were progressing by Appliance Direct. On being delivered within the time-slot they specified, the driver informing me about 30 minutes before its arrival. As I am a wheelchair user, the delivery driver made sure that the fridge was positioned just inside the doorway so that the base was clear of the raised door-stop. Excellent service! I'd definitely use AD again and have recommended them already to other people.”

“We bought a wall mount electric fire. The fire its self is lovely but soon developed a noise when the flame effect was on. I had several emails back and to with customer services. They wanted to pick the fire up to inspect it but I had to box it up. I didn't have the packaging as the fire is 2 months old. I was asked to buy some but i explained everywhere is shut down due to lockdown. Customer service were not very helpful or very quick to respond. We decided enough is enough. We will look to get a fire from a reputable company and cut our loses (£580). The fires going the tip . Would I deal with this company again. NO WAY.”
