“Ordered online. E. Mail to confirm purchase/delivery date. Subsequent E. Mail to confirm confirm delivery time-frame. Appliance delivered on the correct day, within the time-frame given and the delivery driver asked where I would like the appliance left and followed all Covid guidelines. Great service all-round!”

“Customer service and delivery great. Price over £100 higher than other places but guess what:- The other places were out of stock! We can all make goods cheaper when we don't have them for sale, but Applicances Direct did have them in stock and delivered on the day they said they would. In the past, I have had companies tell me that goods were in stock and they just phoned round to get said item rather than hold their hands up. Appliances Direct were 10% more expensive (on a £1,000+ item), but they had it there to sell. Honest and helpful. I live in a hard to find address with no house number and no street lights, but the delivery guys rang us for advice and then found the house easily.”
