“Del time 08.45 to 10.45 at 11 checked tracking it had moved 9.45 to 11.45 at 12.15 my tracking number no longer works no reply text arrives saying we're running upto 2 hoursate that's been and gone told my emoyer I will need the afternoon off not just the morning but I knew it wasn't going to arrive”
“I have had the 2 worst delivery men I’ve had in my house! Not only did they scrape all of my real wood floor as they never had a delivery barrow to push it on nor did they carry it when they took away my old fridge freezer! My daughter asked them to be careful but they totally ignored her then proceed to deliver the news fridge freezer in exactly the same way causing more scratches and breaks the fence in the mean time!

“I will not be making anymore online purchases from Aldi if they are using Arrow XL for delivery. I had a two hour time slot for delivering a garden shed. I received a text minutes before from Arrow XL saying they had lost my husbands shed in their warehouse, it is not possible to respond to this text? and I cannot believe they could loose a garden shed. Unreliable Company at best!!!!! Unable to say what I really think!!!!!”
“There is far too much to explain in detail. This company is utterly useless. No communication between departments, damaged 50% of kitchen white goods.
Send items out to deliver knowing full well they cannot be delivered, so another day on a truck and plenty more opportunity to do even more damage. The next attempt at a delivery will be their 5th attempt.
Dispatched from appliances Direct on 2nd August and still I have only one half of my order. That`s one month and counting, maybe it will take another month, maybe longer who knows, certainly not Arrow XL. Will up-date.
My advice would be to avoid any company that uses this excuse for a delivery service.”
“They arranged a delivery for a desk and chair as early as 07:15am, meaning I had to get up early, take the morning off work, and make the necessary preparations, clearing access routes to enable them to deliver the large items. However, I get an unapologetic call informing me, they have failed to load our items onto the truck and gave no assurances as to when I will receive the items. They are making me wait to go through the process of arranging another delivery date and an adviser on the phone, even admitted to me that they may have misplaced one of my items before they rudely and unapologetically resorted to reading policies verbatim to me and not making any effort to assure me how and when they will resolve the situation. I have still no idea when my delivery will arrive and dealing with this company causes more inconvenience and frustration than it is worth.
WARNING: The number of positive reviews popping up on Trustpilot from users with only 1 review, and continuously name-dropping specific people at the company, is highly suspicious. It seems like they have a habit of making up positive reviews to push down the genuine negative ones.”

“Paid for a specific delivery date through Amazon. Item didn’t come. Rang arrow and they said they had no delivery slots for a week!!!!!! Why are they offering their services to Amazon when they know they can’t live up to the requirements of the delivery dates!!!!!”
“Awful the delivery men very young and intimidating, dropped my new Samsung washing machine before delivering it to my doorstep then took the packaging of and said it was okay but did not take the tape of round the sides, which held it in place. When I took it off it was split open. And where the screw was attached it was split and the plastic broken. Which was taken off after they left. They even had the audacity to say can you install it, you can save £40 when I've already paid for connection.
I complained to the company where I purchased my washing machine and they said they would contact arrow XL, and they will contact me in which I have not heard anything.”
“This was the worst, discasting delivery driver I ever spoken to in my life. I stayed at home yesterday missing my work because of this delivery as they will charge you extra if they miss you. My delivery was running late then I receive a phone call from the most discasting driver I ever spoken to. It's true what the other reviews says. He was speaking to me like scum. He had 0 customer, service 0 respect and sounded very aggressive. He was shouting at me on the phone so I shouted back at him as I don't have to put up with his nasty behaviour towards me. After paying £19.99 for my delivery I received the most discasting treatment ever. He threatened to cancel my delivery after I told him that I do not like his tone of voice. You talking to me like some kind of street person. I am not a street person I am a customer so have some respect! My day was ruined and wasted. I am still waiting for my delivery so I am going have to wait all day again. This is shameful!”

Had very bad experience twice with them, but unfortunately Amazon like company is using them for delivering heavy items..Iam escalating this with the Amazon management to de-list them from Amazon's list of Courier companies as they are lying Customers and is a fraud company.”
“I've had two text messages from this company over the weekend asking me to book my delivery. Every time I sign onto the site to do so it just says there are no delivery slots available. I haven't selected a day or time, just flat out no available delivery slots. Will I ever get my delivery? Who knows.”
“Not a customer, but witness to really interesting driving outside my house, many attempts to turn in a dead end, reversed onto my borders and finally driving over a large pile of ornamental rocks outside my neighbours house, put there to stop drivers from going over their grass...”
“Firstly, huge delays on my parcel, secondly, I must have received 10 emails and text messages from you which is ridiculously excessive, thirdly I had to choose a date, why? Just deliver the item already.
Lastly, the driver “Luke” not only called me at 6.25am (earlier than the 6.30am time slot) at which point I directed him to my house asked him to leave the parcel outside and not ring the bell. Which he totally ignored, waking all four of my teenagers. Will not be ordering from The Range again.”
“Very rude drivers, I had to threaten to call the police. They are refusing to set delivery slot and I work. rescheduling can go on for months as they do not wish to help. 1 day before delivery they give you a time slot and if you can't be home then they reschedule for the next few days and the whole nonsense will repeat itself.”
“Our 2 sofas arrived last week with packaging all ripped and dirt from van in several areas on both of them. Had to accept the the delivery as had no other seating. Waited 6 months for the sofas and with long wait times just now would have been left months without seating. Now I am still trying to sort out some form of resolution with Look Again and not getting anywhere fast. Very stressful experience and still ongoing.”
