I am very disappointed with the inflexibility of delivery days/times by PJH (the delivery company used by B&Q). I purchased a screen for my bath on 16th May. It is looking like my item will finally be delivered 'three weeks' (!) after I ordered it. Choice of delivery day has been limited and time slots for the delivery day are confirmed at too short notice (and are very wide). I am very disappointed in B&Q delivery management. Shocking.

Have been sitting in the car park trying to exit for over an hour. This car park system just doesn’t work. Had to take a taxi home and return later to collect car. Won’t shop here again!!

Bought Cooke & Lewis free standing bath for new home, recommended to fill bath once fitted which we did then crack appeared on corner, poorly manufactured very thin material, complained to customer services sent photo's 3 times they have chosen to ignore me now for 2 months, could have bought better quality bath for same money elsewhere, there customer service is an absolute joke but not funny at all when paying good money for such poor quality goods.

Tried in store to order 4 rolls of wallpaper at B&Q Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. The guy there said they were having trouble placing orders in store and suggested we go online ourselves when we get home. We did this, and tried to use a £10 voucher we had been sent by B&Q. Despite the website accepting the voucher code, it did not take the £10 off the final total. My wife has now had to ring a help line and told to try completing the transaction on line and seeing if the £10 gets deducted. She said if not ring me back.....jeez, forget it, we’ll buy our wallpaper elsewhere. Dreadful customer service all round.

Travelled some distance to Exeter store for floor tiles only to find the section cordoned off when I arrived. Customers not allowed in !!!! I asked a member of staff why and he directed me to the store Manager. I was told new range was being put on the shelves and for reasons of Health & Safety customers were not allowed in !!!, Unbelievable, this Work should be done when the store is closed not during the week day and inconvenience customers. Nothing on website to let you know so wasted journey and fuel. Another customer walked out in disgust having driven from Newton Abbot for floor tiles and so will many more. Where do they get these Managers from !! I got the impression the staff were none too happy with the situation as well . Won’t be using B&Q again.

I was served yesterday and on Friday at the Llandudno branch by a thoroughly charming young man called James. He went over and above what he needed to do and provided the best service with a cheery smile. He is 100% a credit to your company and the reason I’m going back tomorrow to buy some more garden furniture. He was a breath of fresh air and a delight to be served by. Thank you James

Called at the Sutton in Ashfield store today and was totally blown away by the service I received from a lady named Helen on the decorating department. Helen went over and above to get me a colour to match a swatch I had. Her knowledge and professionalism and her approachable friendly manner has led to me writing this review, which I never normally do. Thanks Helen your a credit to your employers.

Staff are very difficult to get hold of by phone! One of the doors was damaged and when they gave a date when they said they were going to replace the door, no one turned up! We had to take the day off and wait in all for nothing! Avoid this company!!!

I will not be buying from b&q again. The cs I received was shocking. They do not reserve stock for you. Ordered tiles 3 months before and they were never reserved for me. They did not even call me. I had to do the chasing as my delivery did not turn up. Did not reserve shower tray or backing board but happy to take my money. Their customer service is not great. Do not accept gift cards because they will not give you compensation. I would recommend using another supplier and wish I did. They do not look after their customers.

Had two baths that I collected -both damaged. Returned and installed. Also bath mixer bought leaking cold water valve, no fixing nuts for mixer to bath. This out of a Cooke &Lewis boxed Mixer. Bunch of idiots at b&q. Staff and assistance at b&q. Staff are always walking away from you. Stock levels no where as good as they were 18 months to 2 years ago. Used to be a go to store. SUCKS. And escalators don't work most of the time.

Great service in the kitchen department, from a very knowledgeable lady called Ann in the Stockport branch on George's Road everything we needed to use she explained fully what it was needed for and how it would look as a finish All dimensions and measurements were explained What I thought would be a stressful time ended up quite pleasant

Cook and Lewis induction hob. Don't go anywhere near them. They offered to fix mine. But it was that bad I said no. I lost money but it was better than having that 4+&£ in my kitchen
