“The customer service was very good, and helpful. Product range and quality has been excellent, with very good packaging and delivery. I think the first thing I'd do to improve things is improve the website and website information. I understand that the information provided is coming from the suppliers themselves, however, I think this could be added upon to make things clearer for Joe Bloggs to make it easier to BUY. Secondly I have made two purchases now from the website, successfully I must add, however BOTH occasions I had to fight with the website. It's fine if you want the item(s) to be delivered to the same address but if you need the items to be delivered somewhere different from your billing address, you will have a fight on your hands. The Option buttons when selected change both the addresses simultaneously even when you only alter one address, and you don't find this out until the next screen. Then you have to go back and you have to type them out again...WHY ? Why when the addresses are saved in your account can't you be given an option to select an address for a particular purpose, i.e. select an invoice address, and then select a delivery address ? This would be helpful, simpler and quicker. Hope this helps.”

“When we received our order of a new toilet we found that it was broken. I contacted the company who responded very promptly. They sent out a new toilet the next day and took back the broken one. My only niggle was that when we reported the damage they asked us to send them a photo and dispose of the damaged goods ourselves. i felt that this was a huge imposition on us and refused. To their credit, they immediately arranged for it to be collected and the new toilet arrived in perfect condition. Due to the way they handled the whole thing, I would definately recommend them most highly to someone else.”

We had a few questions about the products during our purchasing process - all of which were helpfully answered by Jasmine using the website's chat facility. We were notified by email the day before the items arrived. All in all, very happy!”

“Buying a heavily-discounted 1600mm bath, it took several e-mails to establish all the relevant details. But Zoe always replied un-complainingly and helpfully, and the product delivery was very efficient. For value and service overall, I have no complaints; only recommendations to others to use BASD as first choice.”

“The only reason I?ve given 4 stars is more because of the delivery. I received an email to say the item was being delivered that day, then I got one from the delivery company saying they hadn?t yet received it and it was in fact delivered the following day. Product very good though.”

“Order arrived promptly without fuss or bother. Cheaper than Amazon and sizing guide was useful. 1 star taken off as the base plate that the toilet hinge screws should be screwed into wasn't supplied. Used the old one so didn't bother to call up as I needed to fix the toilet quickly (for obvious reasons).”

“The product was keenly priced. Ordering was simple and I got a prompt update from Becky to advise me that there would be a slight delay as the item had to be sourced firm the supplier. The delay was minimal. Very happy with the service, would happily use B &S again.”

“Easily found what I wanted on the website at a reasonable price. Though it stated the item was in stock it was, in fact, not but I was contacted almost immediately and appraised of the situation including the new delivery date. The item arrived as stated and was well packaged. I would use this company again.”

“Very pleased that product was in stock and shipping was very quick. Only critism is that the manufacturers box was placed inside of a larger box and the void space filled with styrofoam which had roughly cut edges resulting in electrostatically charged styrofoam beads going everywhere - very difficult to clean up because the bloody things stick to everything!”
