“The Baby Belfast sink arrived very quickly and which was great. I bought one of these before and it's lovely. The packaging still leaves something to be desired. They are still using crumbly, environmentally disastrous, expanded polystyrene. I had another baby sink delivered last year from a different company which was purely packaged in a double layer of cardboard boxes and paper packing. That's the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. They really need to stop using this stuff.”

We are still trying to source alternative packing materials that can be used across all the products we ship, however, we have yet to find something that can protect all our products without having to pass on additional packing charges to our customers. “Good service. On the day of delivery I was informed of the time of the delivery. Didn?t give you five stars because packaging was far too excessive. I believe commercial companies are getting offloading their commercial waste on their customers.”

“The product (kitchen pillar taps) is very good & very reasonably priced . It was despatched & received very quickly, and at the predicted time. However, I had rung for information first, and the woman I spoke to was quite impatient & snappy -- I considered afterwards whether I would even use this firm, but I did, & they came good in the end”

“Ordered a replacement Aqua Lisa shower head attachment. The website for this particular item is confusing as it shows a picture of a chrome shower head attachment but the associated text is for a white shower head. I only realised when the white one turned up. Having said that, the returns and refund process was relatively painless and the new chrome unit turned up and I was refunded for the original purchase in a couple of days. Overall, would recommend”

“Looking for a replacement shower pump - bathroom and showers direct offered the best price nationally and the bonus using standard shipping having ordered on a Wednesday evening, it was dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Friday - fitted Friday afternoon - brilliant!!!”

“Delivery and packaging were fine, however the dampers seemed a bit expensive for whet they are on the other hand they fitted easily and worked fine so a lot cheaper than a new seat.”

“Ordered my toilet and communication regarding delivery was very good. Delivered on time but unfortunately it was damaged in the box. Emailed the company and the gentleman I was communicating with was very helpful and rearranged another to be delivered. This time my toilet arrived all in one piece. Fantastic communication and quick delivery.”

“Great service, had to wait few days for the part to be available but that wasn't a problem. I would appreciate if the packaging would be more efficient. Item has been delivered with slightly bent copper pipes which is not visible when you are receiving the delivery”

“Item as described and well packed, though delivery took a while. Unfortunately the delivery and tracking e mail, correctly sent by the delivery firm, by-passed my spam filter and went directly into my trash bin giving the impression that I had been let down. However the seller was very patient with me and helped me locate the missing information and for that I must congratulate them. I found their customer service excellent. If like me you appear to be missing the delivery information on your order, check your trash bin first.”
