“Tanner was extremely informative, helpful and patient speaking to my wife and I over the phone to help us decide between multiple massage chairs and adjustable beds. He gave us detailed unbiased info, helping us narrow down our decision. We were returning customers, as the last massage chair we got was from BedPlanet, back in 2007. It was a Panasonic, and it still looks and works like day one! It was just time to upgrade to a newer model 13 years later.”

“My only problem was with the shipping. Most shipping now-days updates when merchandise ships & is easy to track if not updates on all stops. After being left in the dark on package delivery date, 2 weeks is all i had to go by & a very sketchy app that maybe tracked. i found out my package was to be delivered the next day so a week early yay! But sounded to me it requires a signature, i had to ask 8f it did strange & it did, surprise. i couldn't get the time off work in such short notice. Shipping said they will drop off but i was made to reply to an email stating if package or contents is damaged they were not at fault. Not very cool experience not to mention for & large heavy item etc.”

“Hi Tanner, Just wanted to let you know that the Malouf bases were delivered yesterday. My wife and I got them in the house and set them up. Everything appears to be working fine. The bases fit perfectly into our bed frame. You'd never know that we replaced our box springs. The only issue we noticed when we were lifting them off a wooden pallet is that they used a broken pallet. The bottom box was actually sitting on exposed nails that went right into the box. My wife and I had our fingers crossed that the exposed nails didn't damage the adjustable bed. Once we got it in the house assembled the legs and turned it over, everything looked ok. Luckily the piece of foam that was in the box proceed the base from damage. II'm thinking that the Distribution Center in Ohio didn't use an appropriate wooden pallet or the pallet was broken during transit. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Everything else worked out great. I'd like to than you and your colleagues for all your help in purchasing the Malouf S755. Be safe! Bob”

“After making my purchase, going on 3 weeks now, I have inquired, through the chat system set up on Bed Planet`s website, about the progress on my purchase, three(3) times. The first time I was asked to leave my email, of which I did. The second time I was instructed to do the same by the answering chat person, and I have yet to get an update on my purchase. It`s bee 5 days since last inquiry. At least get back to me. Even if there`s no progress. Very poor customer service. At this stage of our existence, the money we spend isn`t taken lightly and our time is worth more than any can muster to imagine. POOR, POOR, POOR!!!!”
