Late arrival of order. Order arrived incomplete. After contacting then I was told the item was unavailable. If I was told before, then I would have cancelled the order as the delivery charge for what I did buy did not justify such a small order. Disappointing communication. Great products.

This was the first time that I had used Beer Hawk and I sent it as a present from my wife and I to a Solicitor friend. I had confirmation from the courier that it had been delivered on time which was good and so expected a call shortly after from my friend to say thanks. After a couple of days I called him to make sure he got it which he had but said there was no card in there to say whom it was off. I had left a message to be included in the gift but apparently wasn't in it. This is the only negative as the rest of the service and beers were very good and which is why I marked it down. I have my own business and every Christmas we send champagne and chocolates to over 100 Solicitors for supporting us over the years. Some said they would prefer something different which Is why I thought Id give the beers a try for next year 2017. A picture of the hire van is attached which is a pain to get round them all delivered before christmas.

Beers that were ordered were great but the delivery was a nightmare. Only a partial order was sent with no explanation, eventually after 3 weeks and numerous calls and emails I received the rest of the order but but was still incomplete. They sent a goodwill gesture but it was a huge disappointment not to receive my full order. I complained and customer services just said thank you for your patience they didnt acknowledge the complaint at all. Had better joy using messenger as a human appeared to answer those messages! All in all great beers and the gifts were enjoyed but the operations side needs improving to meet customer orders.

Good selection of beers but poor customer service (the sales office is really busy) yes - I know - its Christmas - and that's why I ordered on 12 December !! Had to chase on 20 December. Beers arrived but gin which was a present didn't. As I am not a gin drinker it may stay in the cupboard for next year! Chased again today and apparently it is 'on its way'. No apologies I'm afraid.

Happy with the beer and delivery. Not happy that you can only use beer tokens on full-priced beers and not on any offers that use a discount code. It has put me off ordering any more beers from you.

Very disappointed with the communication from Beer Hawk. Item was meant to be delivered in October. Received an email saying it would be delayed. Mid November I contacted them then continually had to chase them for delivery. Finally arrived on the 1St of December so was Ok as was an advent calendar but the concern it wasn't going to arrive was not needed. No apology or compensation offered considering I ordered it in June/July no reason it couldn't have arrived on time. Actual calendar went down well but will not be using the company again.

As always selection is excellent, unfortunately this time the order and delivery were not. The first package arrived thursday before xmas weekend incomplete and with another gentlemans delivery note inside. My second consignment arrived today after 3 lengthy phone calls, finally speaking to a lady that actually cared and got it rectified, that is customer telephone service nowadays. Although the second consignment was still not complete the CSR did explain why and that the missing items were already out of date as supplied to them so not shipped. I will use BeerHawk again as this is the first issue i have had, but very disappointed. Hopefully it will not happen again, we will see.

Only one person could do anything about the beers that your courier said had been delivered - sadly to a completely random address - 6 phone calls and 2 emails. Eventually the lady I spoke to had to re-order for me and sent express delivery. Order did eventually arrive in time for Christmas, 2 hours after the time stipulated by courier. The actual beers are fine - my recommendation would be to change your courier

Bought 4 beer bullets as gifts. The recipients seem pleased with them(eventually!) but they took 3 weeks to arrive which meant I didn't have them for the day I really needed them for. It said dispatched within 5 days when I ordered.

Tremendous beers and easy to navigate website but let down by failures on delivery. The free delivery option within five working days appears to offer terrific value considering how cumbersome beers are to ship; too good to be true it transpired. The reality of the situation was that my order sat 'in the warehouse' for two and a half weeks before getting lost by the courier. BeerHawk did resend the order without argument and were pleasant to correspond with but the second dispatch also took a week. This was my second order with Beerhawk and the second time the courier has failed to deliver on what the website promises. Lots of the beers on this site are jolly delicious though and the simplicity of the website means I will probably use it again, hopefully the delivery is better next time.

Half my order was very good, though it took a while longer than expected to arrive, - few eeeks on I'm still waiting for the other half so can't say if that's any good...

Ordered a 15 bottle beer club membership but the first month it arrives with only 8 in! Raised this with customer service via the website who quickly rectified this. However despite asking twice at the same time as I raised the missing order they didn't respond to my other 2 questions. One was regarding a 10% discount they advertised on their website, so they didn't get my subsequent order. This was mid December so they were busy with Christmas orders but to only give half a response to my email, that was disappointing

The product itself was great. However the delivery service that delivered my parcel was aweful. My package was claimed to be signed for but was instead left outside in the rain and being it concealed in a cardboard box the packaging was completely ruined and the parcel itself was damaged beyond repair. Very disappointing that a good product can be let down so by the delivery team.

I signed up for the club to receive 12 beers per month. Not worth the money really. About 4 of the beers were fruit based. Since when do real beer and ale fans want to drink fruit based beers? Not sure what others think but personally I am not female so keep your fruit based beverages to yourself. Signed up elsewhere for much less per month and no fruity beers !

Ordered camden pale with is quality as always however despite stating a safe place to leave my purchase if out the courier left it on my front door step in clear view of any opportunist to walk of with the large box labelled with Hawk Beer so pretty obvious what was inside!!!

Received most of my beer hawk order in good time apart from one can. After contacting customer services I was informed this was on the way to me and would be with me in the next few days. However this was not the case, after contacting for the second time I was informed that in fact there had been a simple packing error therefore i would receive a full refund within 5 working days. Pretty disappointed since the missing can was part of a Christmas gift.

I ordered a case of beer and a couple of gifts for family on the 28th November. With the promise of delivery within five working days I knew that the products would be here well in time for sending to family and friends for Christmas. Five days went by and still no delivery- I hadn't heard anything from Beer Hawk giving me a status on delivery or even to tell me that the delivery was delayed! I emailed Beer Hawk and they responded promptly to tell me the beer would be there within a few days. The promptness of the response was great however I didn't receive my delivery until 11 days after my order. All in all though I am always impressed with the standard of beer I receive.
