First order sent out (courier Hermes), tracking stated delivered but it was NOT delivered. Informed Beer52 at once by email of the problem, took Rachel 5 days to respond and clearly she did not know problem had been resolved by Angus whom I phoned day after non-delivery (took 15 minutes to get through). Angus was very helpful, quickly established that Hermes had messed up! Order sent to wrong town and wrong county! He organised a replacement sent by Royal mail and also organised a discount for my second order. Please do not use Hermes!!

Apparently you have to meet the following conditions to even cancel your order: * You can not cancel the day of your order * You can not cancel until your first shipment arrives * You can not cancel on the website * You can not cancel 3 days before your next shipment * You can ONLY cancel over the phone after put into a queue of 15 mins. Is this even legal?

Incredible customer service - probably the best I've ever come across. A really honest company with fantastic people working for them, who really care about the product and the customers. An absolute pleasure to speak to. Also the beers are lovely and a nice treat every month. I've not yet had one I don't like.

Always a prompt service and very rarely a duplicate beer in the monthly boxes. I did complain about the non-delivery of a box, but I must say that Io Stefanidou has dealt with it impeccably and he is a credit to your team.

Great starter deal and great selection of beer. They also clearly label Vegan beers. When I needed to cancel my subscription, Angus was very helpful and polite.

Great customer service- my beer went missing in transit to me, but after this was flagged with Beer52 they sent another box out straight away and now I get to enjoy my lovely beer in the good weather!

I had a problem with the courier delivering my box to the wrong address. I got in touch with beer52 and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They have sent a replacement box out, no questions asked and have taken steps to stop this happening again. Both Paulina and Io were excellent. Well done beer52!

Whilst there have been some challenges in my boxes reaching me the staff have really been very good at trying to support me which is tricky during covid. So thank you to Angus (phone), Laura (Facebook), John (phone) another lovely lady on phone who I think may have been Irish? (Apologies if wrong!) Rachael and clay (emails). You have all be patient and have lovely interactions. Fingers crossed it reaches me soon :) (plus thank you for the possible replacement box that may reach me as a free thanks!

On time and accurate, they are a small team and working hard.. The beers are good and pausing and cancelling is quite easy actually.

Great company and great experience. The only problem is that with any subscription box service, you're going to get some you love and some not so much. It's just a matter of personal taste. Loved trying the new beers but ultimately don't want to pay for ones I know I won't like. Perhaps an improvement would be to give people the 'menu' before and let them swap in and out before it's shipped (a bit like Hello Fresh). Appreciate this will be a logistical issue though.
