Just wanted to post a very big thank you to the Beer 52 team for the complimentary box which they have kindly sent through following a mix up with the original order. Very much appreciated, and really looking forward to sampling the interesting selection they have put together. The perfect tonic for these strange times, and their selections are definitely a great way to expand your beer drinking horizons from the comfort of your own couch:) Cheers!

Ordered 2 cases, 2nd case still hasn't arrived. Emailed and called and getting no where, no one gets back to you with an actual answer of when I'll be receiving the case. Poorest customer service ever!

Beer52 is great! The attention is always awesome (I spoke to Angus last time and he was very funny and attentive). Beers are always good (my last case brought 10 craft beers), the magazine is interesting and the snack is always unexpectedly yummy (like the chilli chickpeas from last case). The delivery is on time, and I always get an SMS on the day it's coming.

Customer service is incredibly fast, friendly and personal. Hermes are terrible which is no surprise but the issue with my order was handled very fast. Tatjana and Io were great despite me not being able to spell a two-letter name.

Nice beer and fast service - but no Welsh beer to be seen and very expensive. Having said that, a very good company to deal with. A word to the wise: Purple Moose Elderflower or Cwrw Llŷn Brenin Enlli would charm your customers!

I got this as a surprise for my dad as we normally like to try new beers at his local. It was easy to order but the delivery took a little time to arrive, but lets face it, beer isn't an urgent delivery so I'm just happy he got it! I cancelled after two months as it was just as a token thing for him but it was very easy to speak to Angus on the call, he gave me a few options but there was no pressure to stay on. I would recommend beer52!

Had a delivery sent by my daughters for Fathers day arrived by Hermes.Whether they had the case upside down whilst delivery or just bad beer.No beer notes but they must be conditioned ales as 4 bottles are cloudy tried to drink them but are disgusting.The lust for life I have put down sink.The Humble Sjark from Norway has sediment in neck of bottle.Will not place another order.

Great service and great beers. I canceled because there is a local shop that I use instead, but very easy to cancel. Yes you do need to phone and hold for a bit but once through they are friendly and process it very quickly. Would definitely recommend to try out.

Absolute shocking customer service, they sent the incorrect order to me and now are refusing to collect the goods and refund me. They have offered a maximum of £10 for an order of over £30. The company are saying they are too small to collect the order and refund and and suggested I send back to claim a refund. The beers sent are also from unknown breweries so the box was not value for money either

Moved address and there was a mix up with changing delivery destination. As a consequence the team sent me a replacement delivery to my new address... Great service the whole time. And it means i get to enjoy their interesting variety of beer during the hot sunshine this june!

Terrible subscription service.... tried to cancel after the first box but I somehow i needed up taking another 2 months worth after sending cancellation request. Con men!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister’s order never arrived, the tried to first blame it on the courier and eventually admitted it was their fault and eventually provided a refund. The beer was meant to be his birthday present. Additionally they make you cancel your subscription by phone but it’s impossible to get through on the phone! I wasringing beer52 numerous times since 8 June to cancel my subscription but I could not get through to them. You cannot cancel online as it says you must phone them! I emailed them and Facebook messaged them and tweeted them but still no response! They clearly want to make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel, otherwise they would have had an option to cancel online. Unfortunately I will have to tell everyone I know to avoid this company.

Beer 52 have a great (and fun) beer selection to choose from and even more importantly the level of customer service that they provide is quite simply outstanding. In my experience I received fast responses to my questions, and always in a friendly and professional manner. I had one incident where the courier company broke some bottles in a box of mine and this was dealt with and replaced immediately by Beer 52 with no hassles put onto myself. A big thumbs us!

I had a couple of issues with a couple of my orders, in both cases more to do with the actual breweries/beers stock than Beer52. I had email exchanges with first of all Phil but mainly Io. In both cases they have both been very helpful and sorted my problems. Its disappointing that there was a couple of issues, however in my opinion the customer service I have received to rectify the issues, especially in what has been a challenging few months for everyone, has been second to none. I would definitely recommend the company and I have!

Flagged a delivery that hadn’t materialised and had clearly gone astray, that was needed for a specific date (father’s day) – which was the whole point of the deal that had been advertised. Despite being assured in two separate phone calls that someone would look into it and get back to me, nobody did, and the delivery missed the date it was required for. When they did get back, said that as I had emailed more than once I’d been placed at the back of the queue each time (great avoidance policy!), failing to acknowledge the phone calls. Also blamed the courier company, missing the point that it was the unreturned calls and lack of action when there was still time to resolve things, that were the real issue. Overall, strike me as very amateurish in their approach to customer service.
