“I called Beer52 to cancel my subscription as my financial means have recently tightened, but the lovely Douglas offered me an ideal temporary suspension to my account so I can save money but still renew in time for Christmas beers. He was receptive to my circumstances, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. I love the beers that Beer52 offers so I was glad not to have to cancel my account.”

“Signed up for a free case of beer, what was delivered wasn’t quite what I expected so was going to cancel. Douglas took the time to explain that an error had occurred and as a gesture of goodwill discounted the Oktoberfest special case, convinced me to give it another go and see how it goes from there. Looking forward to this case now”

“Quick delivery for some nice beer. Unfortunately the only way to cancel subscription is to call. I believe there should be an online option. That being said the customer service was brilliant and extremely helpful.”

“The trial box was good, but not amazing. I was contemplating cancelling but pleasantly surprised to discover my next box is also discounted and I'm able to pause membership if the box isn't to my fancy. Douglas Munro was particularly helpful talking me through the options.”

“Hands down, a great service. Ten beers a month, a snack and their own craft beer magazine. One of the friendliest customer service teams I've dealt with. Angus was great! I unfortunately unsubscribed, but had nothing to do with the customer service, just in that IPAs all taste the same to me these days. And with IPAs probably taking up 80-90% of craft beer market, it just isn't for me. The Dutch month was a great surprise with the various La Trappe beers as I love the Belgian style. If you ever release a dark beer only... Or a dark/strong beer subscription... Please please give me a shout and I'll resubscribe. Thanks again, Doug”

“Very helpful - I had requested to change date to a week later which was not possible (maybe adding specific delivery dates could be an idea) - seems a bit odd but this is not a reflection on the service which was friendly and efficient.”

“I loved my time with Beer52 but due to economical reasons had to sadly cancel my subscription. The process was done very quickly by Douglas and despite his best efforts to keep my business, was fantastic and supportive through the process. Thanks guys and hopefully see you soon”
