“Spoke to Douglas today about cancelling my subscription as my circumstances have changed. He couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. The best customer service I've had in ages he's a credit to the business and did everything, bar finding me a job, to help me out.”

“I called to cancel my membership due to reorganisation of my finances. The call was swift and didn't take as long as I thought it would. There's also funky music while you wait. Douglas was friendly and offered me different options for my membership as well as informing me about the credit I had earned and how I could use it to save money off my next box. The beers have always been tasty and interesting and we enjoyed them a lot over lockdown, it was something we looked forward to arriving. Thank you, despite leaving, we wish you the best.”

“I called Beer52 to cancel my subscription as my financial means have recently tightened, but the lovely Douglas offered me an ideal temporary suspension to my account so I can save money but still renew in time for Christmas beers. He was receptive to my circumstances, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. I love the beers that Beer52 offers so I was glad not to have to cancel my account.”

“Signed up for a free case of beer, what was delivered wasn’t quite what I expected so was going to cancel. Douglas took the time to explain that an error had occurred and as a gesture of goodwill discounted the Oktoberfest special case, convinced me to give it another go and see how it goes from there. Looking forward to this case now”

“Quick delivery for some nice beer. Unfortunately the only way to cancel subscription is to call. I believe there should be an online option. That being said the customer service was brilliant and extremely helpful.”
