“thank you, todays call made things very clear. nice to know staff at beer 52 are scottish. never had any problems in the time I have been receiving deliveries of beer, and always found to be great value. douglas was great and explained things brilliantly. may not leave after all.”

“Spoke to a wonderful lady called Kirsty. I called with the intention of cancelling to save a bit of money while I in the process of buying a house, then resubscribe once I was more financially sure! I was then told I could pause my membership for 5 months instead! Thank you for your help today!”

“Beer 52 is a great company to deal with, unfortunately, I phoned to cancel my order because I have stockpiled my last few deliveries due to having to be in the right mood to drink and not being in that mood for a long time. Kirsty Cleary was very helpful when I called and offered me several alternative deals, some of which were very tempting but with the amount of beer building up I unfortunately had to refuse. Kirsty was very good even when I decided after all her offers to leave. If that is the level of customer service offered when I start drinking again, Beer 52 will be the first port of call.”

“I had called about cancelling my subscription because I was getting it for my dad who isn't too technically savvy and he couldn't quite afford it. I did however want to get him a box in the future for his birthday and Kirsty was helpful in informing me I could pause the box and keep it until then so I didn't miss out on any offers !”

“My order was despatched but after a week had not turned up and the tracking number was rejected as invalid by the courier (Hermes). I phoned and spoke to Douglas who was very helpful, found out what had happened and then re-despatched the order, which arrived the next day. Great customer service.”
