They took the money real good, no problems there. They apparently had no intention of fulfilling the order and installation of my range. No show on the first delivery date so we didn't cook thanksgiving at home. Rescheduled over a week out for the second try so we didn't cook for my birthday. They were supposed to show up and install this friday and they had me wait at home (for the second time from 7am to 7pm) and then no showed on that appointment too. First thing saturday morning I cancelled the order. I'm done with them forever.

I bought a gift card from Best Buy 12 days ago, it was to be delivered in two days, after calling customer service to find out what happened, 4 times, I am still waiting. Supposedly it is to be delivered today, we will see. I will never buy from Best Buy ever again. Their customer service stinks, as well as their ability to resolve issues…. What happened to you Best Buy?

I bought a camera, and a computer for a total of $3,765... to pick up, they tell me that the camera will be ready 6 days later, and that the computer in 1 hour, I decide not to wait and they tell me that I can pick up both at the same day, when the camera was ready, I return again to pick up the camera and the computer, (6 days later, when they tell me it is ready)... and that same day I show up at the store. miami beach they cancel my computer order..... I place the order again I purchase the computer, and they tell me that it will be ready in an hour, (this was already the 9th day after making the first purchase) I go back to the store to pick up the purchases, they tell me that they are not ready yet, I'm leaving again without the money, or my purchases, I return again on the 11th day after my purchase they tell me that they have a problem with the system, they call me the supposed manager of the store, his name is ERIC He tells me that they can't give me the computer but they can give me the camera,..... 25 minutes later, I was waiting for an answer, I talk to ERIC again and he already tells me that he is not going to give me the camera either, they call for another person... but no body have ant answer .... I was waiting for two weeks for my purchases, I didn't get my money either, we were waiting for 2 hours in the store and when I complain about my case ERIC starts insulting my mom and me, and cancels the order..... ERIC disrespects us and makes xenophobic comments to the point of almost hitting my husband, because he defended us, and when he sees that my mother is recording it, he changes his way of speak...this It also happened to two other groups of people who were in line, they were waiting for their items, they were not delivered either and their orders were canceled too.... the worst experience, do not go shopping at that place, the store is located in miami beach you can be attacked physically by ERIC... at this moment I don't have my purchase, or my money back!!!

Purchased a dishwasher at New Hartford ny office and clerk was great. Said we would get it installed ny 12/11/23. Given notification by email before and it stated in email the that day was set and prep for service 12/11/23. Then i called in morning just to try and find out what time they would come. I was told the date needs to be rescheduled bc the order was not in warehouse. I was never told this or notified. Im waiting for product another 5 weeks. I go to store to talk to manager. He tells me he cant compensate me with any price change to help me for taking a day off and waiting more for my product. I told him i would have not bought the dishwasher here if i had to wait over 2.5 months. He tried to give me a number to call for product fulfillment but it does not work. I told him this and he is trying to get another number for over 30 minutes and still no one is able to help. I dont recommend buying anything from best buy if you need it ordered since they dont care about customer service. I will not shop at this store again for a product that needs to be ordered or installed.

Purchased kitchen appliances but range hood, wall oven and dishwasher were damaged. Waited on microwave for five months. They just kept sending us canceling notices of the delivery after confirmed the delivery date. Installer was not familiar with the product and didn’t properly installed. They didn’t replace the dishwasher after they found the issues during the installation. They never contacted me for the replacement, so I called Bestbuy but they just asked me to directly contact to KitchenAid for replacement. We purchased from Bestbuy and paid for installation. If they don’t take care about the replacement after finding the issue and couldn’t properly installed the products, they are just worthless. We also purchased washer and dryer at the same time but again they canceled the delivery of dryer and only delivered washer to us. After waited two months, Bestbuy emailed us saying the dryer is not available and forced cancellation of the order. We were then required to pay replacement at stand alone dryer price as it would be the separate transaction (no longer combo price available). We decided to return the washer to Bestbuy and repurchased from Home Depot who delivered us both washer and dryer on time at less expensive price. Bestbuy’s services including phone apps are so unorganized and unclear. Representatives are untrained and don’t know how terrible they are. We don’t need this company. Hope they disappear from the market.

Horrible customer service, it's outsourced to offshore groups who CANNOT HELP WITH ANY ISSUES. They can’t track orders, check on if an item has arrived at a store for puck up, in fact, they suggest you drove to the store, since they can't check items at the store. Personally, I blame the Clinton, and Obama administration's for allowing companies to outsource good paying jobs to Americans to oversees groups able to pay operator's penny's on the dollar to waste time for consumers. Home Depot at least allows for actual store telephonic contact, unlike Best Buy. If your a consumer wishing Best Buy to see the value in allowing you to actually contact a Stateside customer service representative, or actually call a store you purchased an item from, I suggest you pile hope in one hand, and your prayers in anouther hand, and let us know which fills 1st.

Beware of Best Buy Dance. To be honest, when buying an iPhone 12 with a cover, car magnetic mounts and a glass phone cover (with a lifetime warranty…) the original sales rep was very kind and appreciative. That being said, I went in today and after chatting with three people, the lifetime warranty screen cover was not honoured and we didn’t even get the magnetic case that’s falling apart, that of which ALSO had a lifetime warranty purchased through Best Buy. Simply put, all be it cleaver, Best Buy no longer deals with those suppliers of products that I purchased the lifetime warranty on. After saying my phone is too old, after saying I can purchase another brand cover or even a new phone, I walked away before my frustration got the best of me. Be aware and beware when dealing with Best Buy. They are very creative with their dance to get out of product protection you purchase with them. After years of dealing with this very same Best Buy for both business (12 sites) and personal use, they have lost a multi-purchase customer today. Be aware. Be very aware.

Buyer beware of Best Buys sales tactics. Their salesman told us we needed these with the gas stove we bought there so we got them. Had to wait for our permit to get it installed and find out we didn't need them and they would not take them back because of a 15 day return policy. First of all, who has a 15 day return policy but to boot won't make an exception when their sales person makes the mistake. Even spoke to a supervisor. I hadn't done business with Best Buy in years and totally forgot when I was shopping online how poor of a company they are to do business with. I won't forget again. What company loses a customer over $100 for life? Best Buy that's who!!

Twice my scheduled delivery has not arrived. No phone call, nothing. I paid for delivery and installation. Don’t count on Best Buy to anything.

Purchased new Macbook air from Best Buy on a trade in. I needed to migrate my data from my old laptop to the new laptop and needed both computers side by side and to confirm all the data transferred correctly. They would not honor the sale price i purchased the computer when i brought my old laptop back on trade in. Complete waste of time. Never buying from them again. Ended up buying the same computer directly from apple.

My husband and I had a Best Buy credit card in the past that had expired. I tried to renew it to make a purchase. This process was an absolute nightmare. I tried both in store and online but was unable to get anyone who was helpful with this. From a employee in the store who didn't know how to make a call to the cc company from the store phone.. to a representative of cc company that couldn't send me a confirmation # to multiple phones I provided... to a manager who was condescending. I gave up and purchased directly from Samsung and had an amazing experience with their financing. I secured 24 mos of 0% financing and was approved for over twice the limit that Best Buy Citi card was going to give me and all in a matter of minutes! Save yourself some time and aggravation and order online direct from the companies!

I bought a TV in august 2023 with the extended warranty and November of 2023 the TV stops working. I go to best buy and they said there is mothing they can do,you have to take it up with the manufacturer. only after the manufactures warranty expires then the Extended warranty kicks in. So I am without a TV and money for the warranty.

Best Buy, Nashua,NH customer service by Geek Squad is worst. No courtesy. They are like if you want to buy otherwise go out that is the mentality they are in The wait time to go and get the product from back office to billing takes more than 2 Hr. If you ask question they saying you don't have to buy you may leave. The store have hardly very few customer inside store but they delay to deliver the product.

I purchased an LG television OLED. I contacted Geek Squad they sent a representative out. My Television was hung and we watched it the first night for an hour great picture. the second night we turned the TV off and it made a popping sound, I asked for Geek Squad to come look at this it had a bubble top right of the TV and then a second bubble occurred, and a crack between them. They came out and stated that the crack was not customer-created. I was told the repair part would be ready in 2 weeks. I was then contacted the day before that LG would not cover the repair as it was cracked. I was offered no answer other than I purchased a $400 protection plan that was useless. I went to Best Buy to have my protection plan replaced and the customer representative stated that their policy says Cracks are never covered and that I was at fault. LG customer service told me that Best Buy stated the crack was there that they would not cover a manufacturer issue, and that I was now responsible. I don't get the purpose of a manufacturing defect that becomes the owner's issue. Today I was not refunded my warranty either, I guess when you buy anything from them and you purchase a warranty it becomes money given freely to Best Buy for providing poor service. I think that spending $4000 in one day means nothing as they already have your money and they don't agree to true service. I will never purchase another product from them and will tell everyone I know what poor customer service they provide.

I purchased headphones for my smart TV could not get them to work customer service sucked so bad I bought all my appliances from Best Buy refrigerator washer dryer I will never shop Best Buy again the customer service was so bad I am so disappointed in Best Buy
