It is now 5.57. Have been on the phone waiting to speak to cancellation team since 5.00pm. Cancellation team must be very, very, very busy| For a 'communications' service, the very service you provide is unprofessional and represents you badly as a company. This the 3rd different phone number I have used to contact you on. Just have one and make sure it's a free number. Also, when I say, I would like to cancel, just honour what I am requesting and stop passing me on to others to speak to, to offer other deals. I have been with you many years as a loyal customer and you charge more than a new customer would pay. You've had me long enough as a customer to offer lots of deals. You seem as if you don't really care. I would describe your company as a greedy uncaring provider that needs to really listen to what customers are saying, especially as you are a Cmmunications company.

After months of our Internet speeds slowing dramatically between 6pm to 9pm, we tried to get in contact Virgin Media. After several attempts using its online chat service, we spoke to someone who then turned off our Internet. We then had to phone and wait an hour to speak to someone to resolve the issue. The advisor we spoke to had the tenacity to suggest we had turned off our modem. No apology when she discovered her colleague had. Nothing. After that we decided not to keep Virgin Media when we moved home. You need to give Virgin Media 30 days notice, which we did. Only Virgin Media decided to turn it off three weeks early, making us even more stressed while dealing with the sale of our house. Ever time we phoned Virgin Media, we were passed around, speaking to six people on the same call. Each had to complete security and then ask why we were calling. It is awful customer service designed to infuriate or wear customers down. When we finally spoke to a manager, he said it would take 3 days to get our Internet back on. He would not give an explanation for this timescale. He offered us compensation of £8 (which when you work from home is just insulting). He was like talking to a robot reading from a script. When we said we still were not happy, he refused to send our Deadlock letter so we could go to CISAS (their alternative dispute resolution service). It's been three days. Our Internet is still not back on. Do yourself a favor. Do not go with Virgin Media.

Virgin Media Business should be ashamed of their service and they should change their company's name to some shi* company because they do not know how to serve costumer and they are more professional in scams than in providing internet to people. I have been patiently waiting since three months for their people to install internet at my store but every time they came with different excuses which i accepted because i thought such a big company won't lie. The tricky thing with their contracts is that on the very first day they know that there is going to be extra construction work but they won't tell you in the start. After waiting some time, one will accept any condition to get the service on and this is the point when the virgin media will ask you for extra money or upgrade the package. To be honest i will never ever recommend this company to anyone even if they are willing to provide the service for free and in one day because they will lie again and again! Better to be without internet than being a costumer with virgin media business. I would recommend them to change their name from virgin media business to virgin media SCAM!

Incompetent company.Booked full house package early March for installation on 6th April only to be told 5 days before installation there was a cabling problem. 3 days before assured installation would be on time.Day before installation told it would not happen and could be 5-6 weeks. All but one contact I have had has been with Indian call centres that have fobbed me off with lies. NEVER LOOK TO VIRGIN FOR A RELIABLE SERVICE YOU WILL BE LET DOWN.

Installation issues. Basically I went to Virgin Media because I was moving and wanted my media installed my new home. They told me I need to call customer service and arrange installation date. I call them 2 weeks early than the day I'm moving so they could find the perfect day for me which is a day after I moved in. They came my new house 20th March check the cable and found out it was dead and they needed to find nearby working connection. And then they said the cable on the corner of the street needed to change and they need to arrange new date for this. New date they gave me was today which is 16 day later than the first appointment. I waited until today they came again and today they told me they need to reach cable on the other street and turn the corner. For this they need to cut the road so they need a new appointment day. And finally after waiting 1 and half hour later they gave me new day for installation. 27 April. Can you believe it? I let them know I was moving 4th of March. And they are going to install my media 54 days later (and there is very big question, if they can do it that day too). Very disappointing. I have got nothing to say anymore.

Appalling service had no tv or internet for days , 3 engineers visits cancelled beciase they kept assuming the issue was connected to an area fault. Finally after having to lose my temper with them and escalating as a complaint service back up after they did send an engineer to sort out their dodgy cabelling,,

Terrible and rude customer service, poor broadband service and they will up your bill by a few pounds every few months or so for no apparent reason. They offer out their best deals to new customers and expect existing customers to subsidise this by paying more. Even when I was out of contract with them they wouldn't offer me the same discounts as a new customer so I promptly left. Paid for 100MB broadband but was generally getting sub 40MB, left and went to Sky for cheaper and faster fibre broadband. Would never use Virgin again.

Even rgis star is too big . Customer service and technical team do not know what they are doing . The broadband is not working and they are asking me if I'm rebooting the hub every other day and if the hub is ventilated. Even after 2 months the internet works as .....

Absolute disgusting customer service, none existing complaints handling and advisors who refused to log a complaint or pass you to a manager when requested.

They say not to worry that the mobile service is canceled but debits the amount in your account later. You can complain by email or phone that the customer neglect is the same.

They hike up the price every month then you call to leave and they agree not to increase the cost. Then on the down low they start a new contract at a higher price including call-out and instillation costs. Then they move your payment date and charge you 50 pounds for late payment that they moved. But don't worry you can always challenge them and dispute the fees. However this will result in them marking your credit file as a non payer. I escalated the case and they offered me a settlement of more than the costs to avoid the negative mark through the regulator. Nasty, filthy, slimy company to deal with.

It would be nice to talk to a normal proper person not someone who is brainwashed by virgin media to read from a selection of cards and not listen to the customer rather than arguing with them and being sarcastic, prices and packages a joke increase when they like forced to take extras we only wanted broadband no we cant just have that you have to have a phone line and a tivo box we have been with them from the start (ntlworld) very disapointed with them!!cut us off because they cancelled the new direct debit!so couldnt use even my mailbox
