“Went to basildon store to collect my online order greeted by a surley plump young lady with pulled back black hair who made me feel like an inconvenience when I asked if my order was in. As I couldn't remember the exact day I placed my order . I was told that it takes a week to deliver to store I would receive a phone call when it had been delivered . I started to shop at this store as my sister in London uses it and decided to use the online shopping site as well ,bad move I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as I was today . The funny thing was after i returned home I received a phone call to say it was there nasty women bad customer service.”
