“Had to send returns back at my own expense (cannot get to the shop, that's why I ordered online) and even though I sent all the items back, I have not received a postage refund”

“Bought a swimsuit. Agent left security tag on so was unusable. After several emails and threatening legal action , got a reply from a Charles Tate asking me to post back the swimsuit and proof of purchase. Did this over 5 weeks ago. No replies from any of my emails asking what is happening. Head Office unable and unwilling to assist. Am out of pocket for item and postage now. Wouldn't shop there again. Wonder why their branches are closing down.....”

“Went to basildon store to collect my online order greeted by a surley plump young lady with pulled back black hair who made me feel like an inconvenience when I asked if my order was in. As I couldn't remember the exact day I placed my order . I was told that it takes a week to deliver to store I would receive a phone call when it had been delivered . I started to shop at this store as my sister in London uses it and decided to use the online shopping site as well ,bad move I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as I was today . The funny thing was after i returned home I received a phone call to say it was there nasty women bad customer service.”
