Online price per photo print is 11p, one of the best prices out there. In store price is 40p. I made 142 prints for £56.80. Called customer service, offered 500 points on Boots card and said they can't match the price

I wanted to purchase a pair of Joules sunglasses. I purchased on line and the item arrived through my letterbox 'loose' (no case), scratched lens (unsurprising given no case) and WITH SECURITY TAG ON!! I first contacted boots by telephone ( my cost), then 3 times by email and finally got a response telling me to take them to a nearest store (8 miles away plus parking cost!!). I am now £70 missing with an unusable pair of sunglasses. Pretty well the WORST customer experience I can remember. Please SORT IT OUT BOOTS! Refund and collect, entirely your fault!

Was in Boots in Scarborough today. Was served by Lauren (well she took my money). No customer service....no greeting....rang through items, took money...end of. She didn't even look up. I expected better.

Every store I go into it is so difficult to find staff that can help. Make up counters in some stores the wait is 45 mins plus due to stores running on what looks like no staff. Even in the big city centre stores it's almost impossible to find anyone to ask a question. Pharmacist in harrogate store in north Yorkshire is terribly rude. Gentleman with reddish blonde hair and Scottish accent, heard him mumbling under his breath about another customer. Little bit condescending when speaking to myself. Overall very unhappy with his general service.

The pharmacist (Colin) in the Boots Riverside Nottingham store is simply excellent. He always offers sound, reassuring advice and strives for great customer service, even when the pharmacy is busy. Trust can be a rare commodity these days, but Colin engenders this through his words and actions, which means I go out of my way to travel to this pharmacy, even though there is an alternative (competitor) pharmacy attached to my GP surgery. The store itself is also very clean, bright and well stocked. I was waiting for my wife to meet me there yesterday and at least 2 members of staff asked if they could help me while I was there. Big thanks all round.

NO GENUINE SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BOOTS FELPHAM BOGNOR REGIS Took up Boots managed services of prescription earlier in 2016 which was a success initially but became a disaster. I have asthma and is important for me to get inhalers on time 24th 25th of every month. At Christmas I was left without for days and despite shop promise to not repeat this in January they were late again. In January due to after affect of not having inhaler to control asthma I had to go to Hospital. Hence when I realized detrimental situation I complained to Boots head office and area manager called promising this would never happen again. But when I was relieved to get inhalers 27/2/17 (2 days late) I never complained or made a fuss. However the Shop staff explained 27/2/17 they would NO LONGER MANAGE MY PRESCRIPTIONS because I had complained in January. I was SHOCKED because boots promised to care but clearly do not. My advice is if you have IMPORTANT MEDICATION DO NOT RELY on Boots because there NOT GENUINE in Customer care

Placed order for child car seat with delivery date of 24th Feb 17 . Still awaiting. Phoned Boots on 24th and told to hold, while they check with Hermes , fed up after 10 mins. Boots replied by email on 25th stating Hermes have problems with accessing the property . Phone Boots and told to hold , this time suggested they rang me . Yes they rang back and stated Hermes had problems with the vehicle but it would be delivered on 26th . No item on 26th , Phoned Boots , normal hold and I will find out , I requested phone back and they did , Hermes could not deliver on 26th but they would bring it 27th . The main problem is Hermes do not give delivery time slot . I feel Boots have washed they hands of the matter and Hermes will bring the item when they want . I would not buy items from Boots that had to be delivered. If I known before buying it came via Hermes I would not purchased the items

I went to Boots Tavistock to buy a wound dressing for my husband. He had been discharged from hospital following a knee operation and needed another dressing. I was told it was not possible to buy these as they had to be obtained from the hospital. I then, with the help of an assistant, chose a roll of waterproof plaster + a roll of micropore tape. Whilst shopping in a local supermarket a while later I enquired at the pharmacy counter as to whether they stocked wound dressings. To my surprise the answer was yes as " hospitals don't give you any replacements". I was offered a choice from a wide range of sizes and chose the exact one needed. It is annoying to think I spent a needless 5.99 due to wrong information.

Ordered baby milk and food online to collect at Heathrow airport Terminal 3 before our flight, and when we turned up some of the milks I had ordered were missing and they had no more in stock. We was offered another brand of baby formula, but anyone with a baby will know you can't just change a baby from one formula onto another, so the only option they gave us was to take the different formula or to hope our baby wouldn't go hungry on holiday. Not the stressful start we wanted to a relaxing break away. Shockingly bad customer service from boots.

Rubbish online ordering services and extremely bad customer service in store. when ever order online anything since last 2 months, boots.com keep cancelling the order. If you don't want to sell stuff to customers then why, Whyyyyyyyyy you are keeping items for sale online. Rubbish management and time wasters. Never will come back to boots.com

Normally staff in the Dumfries store are polite and helpful but the last twice I have visited I have been sadly disappointed. The first time I queried the order in which the use of my points offers were used therefore making one invalid and was abruptly told 'it wouldn't matter which order I put them in as it's now less than £5'. It would matter because if she used them in the order I gave them the first one would have been used prior to my balance being less than £5. The second visit I queried the shelf offer buy one get one half price and was told it was not for my items in a dismissive 'the till is correct' manner. I asked if they could move the ticket which had been placed in front of the wrong item & was ignored by the young man who checked it and the till operator!

Have ordered online and bought in store, a fair few hefty orders but when I tried to order just now was told that I did not have any points or indeed an 'advantage card'. I took a screen shot of the last order I made which cost some £65 but then discovered that the 'contact us' email button which I could have sent the screen shots through is defunct so I can't prove that I have a card or that I have a fair few points from previous orders. Very disappointing from a company I used to have faith in.

It's more of a suggestion. The Tunbridge Wells boots store has maternity pads on bottom shelf. May I suggest you raise them up? I am 8 months pregnant, struggled to bend down to pick them up, then dropped them & was in pain trying to pick them up from the floor!
